Claims (17)
- 제1유체가 통과하는 내부공간을 가진 하우징;
상기 하우징의 일단에 설치되고, 제1유체가 유입되는 제1유체 입구매니폴드와, 제2유체가 유입되는 제2유체 입구매니폴드와, 제2유체가 배출되는 제2유체 출구매니폴드를 가진 헤더; 및
상기 하우징의 내부에 설치되고, 서로 이격된 복수의 코어 엘리먼트를 가진 열교환코어;를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 코어엘리먼트는 상기 헤더에 결합되며, 인접한 코어엘리먼트들 사이에는 제1유체가 통과하는 제1유체 통로가 형성되고,
상기 코어엘리먼트는 제2유체가 흐르는 제2유체 통로를 가지며, 상기 제2유체 통로의 입구는 상기 제2유체 입구매니폴드와 소통하고, 상기 제2유체 통로의 출구는 상기 제2유체 출구매니폴드와 소통하며,
상기 제1유체 입구매니폴드의 단부에는 제1유체가 유입되는 입구포트가 형성되고, 상기 제1유체 입구매니폴드의 내부에는 상기 입구포트와 소통하는 제1유체 분배챔버(first fluid distribution chamber)가 형성되고,
상기 헤더는 상기 제1유체 분배챔버와 소통하는 복수의 소통틈새를 가지고, 상기 복수의 소통틈새는 복수의 제1유체 통로와 개별적으로 소통하는 차량용 열교환기. - 삭제

상기 제2유체 출구매니폴드의 단부에는 제2유체가 배출되는 제2유체 출구포트가 형성되고, 상기 제2유체 출구매니폴드의 내부에는 상기 제2유체 출구포트와 소통하는 제2유체 출구챔버가 형성되는 차량용 열교환기. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제2유체 출구챔버와 소통하는 복수의 소통유로가 형성되고, 상기 복수의 소통유로는 복수의 코어엘리먼트의 출구에 개별적으로 연결되는 차량용 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 코어엘리먼트는 서로 대향하는(opposing) 한 쌍의 하프셀을 포함하고, 각 하프셀에는 홈부가 형성되며, 한 쌍의 하프셀이 결합(joint together)되는 차량용 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 코어엘리먼트들 사이에는 복수의 배플이 개재되는 차량용 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 복수의 소통틈새들 사이에는 복수의 끼움홈이 교대로 형성되고, 상기 복수의 끼움홈에는 복수의 코어엘리먼트가 개별적으로 끼움결합되는 차량용 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 코어엘리먼트의 길이방향 일단은 상기 헤더에 분리가능하게 끼움결합되는 차량용 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
