도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회전체 검출 센서를 이용하여 신호를 출력하는 방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.

Claims (9)
- 전원으로부터 공급 전류를 전달받아 회전체의 회전을 검출하는 회전체 검출 센서로서,
상기 회전체의 회전에 의해 생성되는 자기 신호를 디지털 전압 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 집적회로 유닛; 및
상기 자기 신호를 이용하여 아날로그 전압 신호를 생성하고 상기 생성된 아날로그 전압 신호를 출력하는 아날로그 출력 유닛;을 포함하며,
상기 집적회로 유닛은, 상기 자기 신호를 피드백 받아 상기 공급 전류를 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체 검출 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 집적회로 유닛은,
상기 자기 신호를 디지털 전압 신호로 변환하는 디지털 변환부; 및
상기 자기 신호를 피드백 받아 상기 디지털 변환부에 공급되는 상기 공급 전류를 변환하는 제어 신호를 생성하는 전류 변환부;를 포함하는 회전체 검출 센서.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아날로그 출력 유닛은,
상기 집적회로 유닛에 연결되어 상기 변환된 공급 전류를 전달받으며,
상기 변환된 공급 전류를 상기 아날로그 전압 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체 검출 센서.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 아날로그 출력 유닛은,
션트 저항으로 이루어지며, 상기 변환된 공급 전류가 상기 션트 저항을 통해 흐르도록 상기 션트 저항이 배치되며, 상기 션트 저항의 양단에 인가되는 상기 아날로그 전압 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체 검출 센서.
- 전원으로부터 공급 전류를 전달받아 회전체의 회전을 검출하는 회전체 검출 센서 조립체로서,
하우징;
상기 하우징에 수용되며, 상기 회전체의 회전에 의해 생성되는 자기 신호를 디지털 전압 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 집적회로 유닛;
상기 하우징에 수용되며, 상기 집적회로 유닛과 전기적으로 연결되는 터미널; 및
상기 하우징에 수용되고 상기 터미널을 통해 상기 집적회로 유닛과 연결되며, 상기 자기 신호를 이용하여 아날로그 전압 신호를 생성하고 상기 생성된 아날로그 전압 신호를 출력하는 아날로그 출력 유닛;을 포함하며,
상기 집적회로 유닛은, 상기 자기 신호를 피드백 받아 상기 공급 전류를 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체 검출 센서 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 집적회로 유닛은,
상기 자기 신호를 디지털 전압 신호로 변환하는 디지털 변환부; 및
상기 자기 신호를 피드백 받아 상기 디지털 변환부에 공급되는 상기 공급 전류를 변환하는 제어 신호를 생성하는 전류 변환부;를 포함하는 회전체 검출 센서 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 아날로그 출력 유닛은,
상기 집적회로 유닛에 연결되어 상기 변환된 공급 전류를 전달받으며,
상기 변환된 공급 전류를 상기 아날로그 전압 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체 검출 센서 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 아날로그 출력 유닛은,
션트 저항으로 이루어지며, 상기 변환된 공급 전류가 상기 션트 저항을 통해 흐르도록 상기 션트 저항이 배치되며, 상기 션트 저항의 양단에 인가되는 상기 아날로그 전압 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체 검출 센서 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 션트 저항은 상기 터미널에 용접으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체 검출 센서 조립체.
