Claims (17)
- 디아민 유래의 구성단위와, 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위로부터 구성되고,
상기 디아민 유래의 구성단위의 70몰% 이상이, 이소포론디아민 유래의 구성단위이며,
상기 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위가, 30몰% 이상 80몰% 미만의 탄소수 8~14의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위와 70몰% 이하 20몰% 초과의 방향족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위를 포함하는, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소수 8~14의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위가, 세바스산 유래의 구성단위 및 도데칸이산 유래의 구성단위의 적어도 일방을 포함하는, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위가, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르본산 유래의 구성단위 및 이소프탈산 유래의 구성단위의 적어도 일방을 포함하는, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디아민 유래의 구성단위의 90몰% 이상이, 이소포론디아민 유래의 구성단위이며,
상기 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위가, 30몰% 이상 80몰% 미만의 탄소수 8~14의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위와, 70몰% 이하 20몰% 초과의 방향족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위를 포함하고,
상기 탄소수 8~14의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위가, 세바스산 유래의 구성단위 및 도데칸이산 유래의 구성단위의 적어도 일방을 포함하고,
상기 방향족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위가, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르본산 유래의 구성단위 및 이소프탈산 유래의 구성단위의 적어도 일방을 포함하는, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위에 있어서의, 탄소수 8~14의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위와 방향족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위의 비율(탄소수 8~14의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위/방향족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위)이, 0.5~3.5인, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비정성 폴리아미드 수지의 유리전이온도가 130~220℃인, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 제1항에 있어서,
JIS K7111-1에 따른 노치가 있는 샤르피 충격강도가 2.5kJ/m2 이상인, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 제1항에 있어서,
전단속도 122sec-1 및 측정온도 280℃에서 측정한 용융점도가, 200~2300Pa·s인, 비정성 폴리아미드 수지. - 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비정성 폴리아미드 수지를 포함하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱용 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,
추가로 강화섬유를 포함하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱용 조성물. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 강화섬유가 탄소섬유 및/또는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱용 조성물. - 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비정성 폴리아미드 수지를 포함하는 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 성형품.
- 제13항에 있어서,
엔지니어링 플라스틱 용도에 사용되는 성형품. - 제13항에 있어서,
추가로 강화 섬유를 포함하는 성형품. - 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비정성 폴리 아미드 수지를 포함하는 조성물을 사출성형, 블로우성형, 압출성형, 압축성형 또는 진공성형에 의해 성형하는 것을 포함하는 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,
상기 조성물이 강화 섬유를 포함하는 성형품의 제조 방법.
