Claims (15)
- 내부에 적어도 하나의 열선이 내장되고, 상기 열선에 의해 가열되는 중공관 형상의 세라믹히터;
양측이 개방되고, 내측에 중공을 형성하며, 내측면에 내측으로 오목한 홈부가 나선형(spiral)으로 형성된 몸체를 포함하고, 상기 세라믹히터의 외측을 감싸도록 마련되는 하우징;
적어도 일부가 상기 세라믹히터의 외주면을 나선형(spiral)으로 감싸도록 상기 하우징 내부에 마련되어, 상기 하우징 내부로 유입된 원수를 상기 세라믹히터와 접촉시켜 온수로 가열시킨 뒤 상기 하우징의 외부로 배출하는 가열유로를 포함하되,
상기 가열유로는:
상기 세라믹히터의 내측의 중공에 의해 정의되는 직선유로;
상기 세라믹히터의 외측면과 상기 하우징의 홈부에 의해 정의되는 나선형(spiral)의 곡선유로; 및
상기 세라믹히터의 단부에서 상기 직선유로와 곡선유로를 연결하는 연결유로를 포함하고,
상기 하우징으로 유입된 물은, 상기 세라믹히터의 외주면과 접촉하면서, 곡선유로를 유동하여 가열된 후,
상기 세라믹히터의 내주면과 접촉하면서 직선유로를 유동하여 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 일측 상단에는 상기 곡선유로와 연통하게 형성되어, 외부에서 공급된 원수를 상기 곡선유로로 전달하는 유입구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 유입구는 상기 곡선유로의 접선방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 타측 상단에는 상기 직선유로와 연통되게 형성되어, 세라믹히터와 접촉하면서 가열된 온수를 외부로 배출하는 토출구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 토출구는 상기 유입구보다 상부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 토출구는 상기 유입구와 나란한 방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 유입구로 유입되는 원수의 유량을 조절하거나, 상기 토출구로 배출되는 온수의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절수단을 더 포함하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은:
상기 몸체의 개방된 일측을 차폐하고 외부와 상기 직선유로를 연통하는 토출구가 형성된 상부캡;
상기 몸체의 개방된 타측을 차폐하는 하부캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹히터는, 일측에 둘레를 따라 외측으로 돌출된 플랜지부를 형성하고, 상기 플랜지부는 상기 몸체와 상기 상부캡 사이에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹히터와 상기 하부캡 사이에는 탄성부재가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재는, 상기 세라믹히터와 접하는 일측에서 상기 하부캡과 접하는 타측으로, 그 직경이 점차적으로 증가되는 코일스프링이고, 상기 탄성부재의 일측은 상기 세라믹히터의 중공에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 몸체는 사출성형(injection molding)방식으로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹히터의 중공에는 온수의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
- 제 14항에 있어서,
상기 온도센서에서 감지된 온수의 온도를 입력받고, 상기 세라믹히터의 출력을 조절하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치용 온수생성모듈.
