Abstract
(해결 수단) 본 발명의 압축기는, 하우징(1)과, 고정 블록(3)과, 구동축(5)과, 모터 기구(7)와, 고정 스크롤(9)과, 가동 스크롤(11)을 구비하고 있다. 고정 블록(3)은, 하우징(1)에 고정되어 모터 기구(7)와 가동 스크롤(11)과의 사이에 배치되어 있다. 모터 기구(7)는, 스테이터(7a)와 로터(7b)를 갖고 있고, 로터(7b)에는, 도입 통로로서의 제1∼5 도입 통로(77a∼77e)가 형성되어 있다. 구동축(5)에는, 밸런스 웨이트(33)가 형성되어 있고, 밸런스 웨이트(33)는, 구동축(5)의 축 방향에서 본 경우, 구동축(5)의 지름 방향에서 적어도 제5 도입 통로(77e)를 덮는 위치까지 연재하고 있다. 제1∼4 도입 통로(77a∼77d)는 제1 통로부(771)로 되어 있고, 제5 도입 통로(77e)는 제2 통로부(772)로 되어 있다.

도 2는, 실시예 1의 압축기에 관한 것으로, 구동축 및 밸런스 웨이트를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은, 실시예 1의 압축기에 관한 것으로, 밸런스 웨이트 및 스테이터 등을 나타내는 주요부 확대 단면도이다.
도 4는, 실시예 1의 압축기에 관한 것으로, 로터, 구동축 및 밸런스 웨이트를 도 1의 D1 방향으로부터 본 정면도이다.

Claims (4)
- 하우징과,
상기 하우징 내에 형성되고, 구동 축심 둘레로 회전 가능한 구동축과,
상기 하우징 내에 형성되고, 상기 구동축을 회전시키는 모터 기구와,
상기 하우징에 고정되어 상기 하우징 내에 배치된 고정 스크롤과,
상기 하우징 내에 형성되어 상기 구동축과 접속되고, 회전하는 상기 구동축에 의해 공전하면서, 상기 고정 스크롤과의 사이에 냉매를 압축하는 압축실을 형성하는 가동 스크롤과,
상기 하우징에 고정되어 상기 모터 기구와 상기 가동 스크롤과의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 구동축을 회전 가능하게 지승(支承)함과 함께, 상기 하우징 내에 상기 모터 기구를 수용하는 모터실을 구획하는 고정 블록을 구비하고,
상기 하우징에는, 상기 모터실에 냉매를 흡입시키는 흡입구가 형성되고,
상기 모터 기구는, 상기 모터실 내에 고정되는 스테이터와, 상기 구동축에 고정되어 상기 스테이터 내에 배치되고, 상기 구동축과 함께 회전 가능한 로터를 갖고,
상기 로터에는, 상기 구동축의 축 방향으로 상기 로터를 관통하고, 내부를 냉매가 유통 가능한 도입 통로가 형성되고,
상기 구동축에는, 상기 고정 블록과 상기 모터 기구와의 사이에 배치되는 밸런스 웨이트가 형성되고,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 구동축의 축 방향에서 본 경우, 상기 구동축의 지름 방향에서 적어도 상기 도입 통로의 일부를 덮는 위치까지 연재하고,
상기 도입 통로는, 상기 로터 및 상기 구동축의 둘레 방향에 있어서 상기 밸런스 웨이트의 외측에 위치하는 제1 통로부와, 상기 밸런스 웨이트와 상기 축 방향에서 대향하는 제2 통로부를 갖고 있으며,
상기 스테이터는, 통 형상을 이루는 스테이터 코어와, 상기 스테이터 코어의 상기 축 방향의 단면으로부터 상기 축 방향으로 돌출되는 환 형상의 코일 엔드를 갖고,
상기 코일 엔드는, 상기 구동축에 면하는 내주면을 갖고,
상기 내주면에 있어서의 상기 고정 블록 측은, 상기 고정 블록에 근접함에 따라 상기 구동축의 지름 방향으로 확대되는 형상을 이루고,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 상기 코일 엔드의 일부를 상기 지름 방향 및 상기 축 방향으로 덮는 위치까지 연재하고 있으며,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 기단부와, 상기 기단부와 직접 접속하고, 상기 기단부로부터 상기 구동축의 지름 방향으로 연장됨에 따라, 압축기의 후방 측인 상기 고정 블록 측으로 서서히 경사진 중간부와, 상기 중간부와 직접 접속하는 선단부를 가지며,
상기 중간부는, 상기 기단부 측으로부터 상기 선단부 측에 걸쳐 연속하여 직선 형상으로 경사져 연장되고, 상기 구동축의 축 방향 및 상기 구동축의 지름 방향에 있어서, 상기 내주면에 있어서의 상기 고정 블록에 근접함에 따라 상기 구동축의 지름 방향으로 확대되는 형상을 이루는 부분과 대향하고,
상기 밸런스 웨이트는, 상기 축 방향 및 상기 지름 방향에서 상기 압축실측의 상기 구동축을 지지하는 레이디얼 베어링과 대향하고 있으며,
상기 밸런스 웨이트의 상기 기단부가 상기 축 방향에서, 상기 제2 통로부와 대향하고 있고,
상기 내주면에 있어서의 상기 고정 블록에 근접함에 따라 상기 구동축의 지름 방향으로 확대되는 부분은, 상기 중간부를 따르면서, 상기 밸런스 웨이트로부터 멀어지도록 직선 형상으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 통로부는 복수인 전동 압축기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 통로부의 통로 면적은, 상기 제2 통로부의 통로 면적보다도 큰 전동 압축기. - 삭제
