Claims (14)
- 타이어가 장착되는 림과 함께 회전하도록 배치되고, 내부 공간 일측에는 브레이크 디스크가 고정되는 허브 바디;
상기 허브바디의 회전중심축을 따라서 고정되어 배치되는 고정축;
상기 고정축과 함께 회전하고, 일측에는 상기 브레이크 디스크와 밀착되는 브레이크 패드가 형성되는 브레이크 슈; 및
상기 브레이크 패드와 상기 브레이크 디스크가 밀착되어 상기 허브바디에 제동력을 인가하는 제동력인가부;를 포함하고,
상기 제동력인가부는 상기 브레이크 패드가 상기 브레이크 디스크와 밀착되도록 상기 브레이크 슈를 밀어내도록 설정되는 피스톤 부재와, 상기 브레이크 패드가 상기 브레이크 디스크와 멀어지도록 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성 부재를 포함하며,
상기 브레이크 슈는 서로 마주하여 한 쌍으로 이루어지고, 상기 브레이크 슈의 각 외측면에 상기 브레이크 패드가 배치되며, 상기 브레이크 디스크는 상기 브레이크 패드와 대응하여 상기 허브 바디의 양 내측면에 각각 배치되고, 상기 탄성 부재는 상기 고정축에 지지되어 상기 브레이크 슈의 외측면을 각각 지지하도록 배치되며, 상기 피스톤 부재는 한 쌍의 상기 브레이크 슈 사이에 배치되어 상기 브레이크 슈를 외측으로 밀도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크를 갖는 허브유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 허브 바디는 베어링을 통해서 상기 고정축에서 회전 가능하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크를 갖는 허브유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 브레이크 슈의 중심부를 상기 고정축이 관통하여 배치되고, 그 일측에는 상기 브레이크 패드가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크를 갖는 허브유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 브레이크 디스크는 상기 허브 바디의 내측면에 고정되고, 상기 브레이크 패드와 설정된 갭을 두고 마주하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크를 갖는 허브유닛. - 삭제
