상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 스위칭 소자를 형성하는 단계;
상기 스위칭 소자 상에 제1 서브 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 서브 화소 전극 상에 절연층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 절연층을 관통하는 컨택홀을 형성하여 서로 인접한 상기 스위칭 소자의 출력 단자의 일부분 및 상기 제1 서브 화소 전극의 일부분을 노출하는 단계;
상기 절연층 상에 제2 서브 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 제1 및 제2 서브 화소 전극은, 서로 다른 층에 형성하고,
상기 제2 서브 화소 전극의 일부분은 상기 컨택홀 내에 위치하고,
상기 컨택홀 내에 위치하는 상기 제2 서브 화소 전극의 일부분은, 상기 컨택홀을 통해 노출된 상기 스위칭 소자의 출력 단자의 일부분 및 상기 제1 서브 화소 전극의 일부분과 직접 접촉하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 절연층을 일부 파장 대역의 광만을 투과시키는 컬러 필터로 형성하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층을 형성하는 단계와 상기 제2 서브 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계 사이에,
보호층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계 이전에,
제1 방향으로 연장되는 게이트 배선을 형성하는 단계; 및
제2 방향으로 연장되는 데이터 배선을 형성하는 단계; 를 더 포함하고
상기 스위칭 소자의 입력 단자는 상기 데이터 배선과 연결되고, 상기 스위칭 소자의 제어 단자는 상기 게이트 배선과 연결되는
액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
