Claims (10)
- 기판 상에 위치하는 박막트랜지스터;
상기 박막트랜지스터 상에 위치하며, 오목부를 포함하는 제1 오버코트층;
상기 오목부 내를 포함한 상기 제1 오버코트층 상에 위치하는 반사층;
상기 반사층 상에 위치하되 상기 오목부 내에 위치하는 컬러필터;
상기 컬러필터 및 상기 반사층 상에 위치하는 제2 오버코트층;
상기 제2 오버코트층 상에 위치하며 상기 박막트랜지스터와 연결되는 제1 전극;
상기 제1 전극 상에 위치하며 상기 제1 전극의 노출하는 개구부를 포함하는 뱅크층;
상기 뱅크층 및 상기 제1 전극 상에 위치하는 유기막층; 및
상기 유기막층 상에 위치하는 제2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 반사층이 제1 오버코트층의 상부 표면을 따라 수평 방향으로 상기 컬러 필터의 에지의 외부로 연장되도록 배치되고,
상기 반사층의 평면 크기가 상기 컬러 필터의 평면 크기보다 크며,
상기 반사층의 일부는 상기 제1 오버코트층과 상기 컬러 필터 사이에 배치는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 개구부는 평면 상에서 상기 오목부와 완전히 중첩되는 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 평면 크기가 상기 개구부의 평면 크기와 같거나 큰 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 반사층은 상기 제1 오버코트층을 관통하여 상기 박막트랜지스터를 노출하는 제1 비어홀을 통해 상기 박막트랜지스터에 연결되는 표시장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극은 상기 제2 오버코트층을 관통하여 상기 제1 비어홀을 노출하는 제2 비어홀을 통해 상기 반사층에 연결되는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 경사각은 45 내지 90도인 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 경사각은 60 내지 80도인 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 오버코트층은 상기 오목부 내에만 위치하는 표시장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 오버코트층의 표면과 상기 제2 오버코트층의 표면이 일치하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극은 투명 전극인 표시장치.
