Abstract
본 개시의 일 실시예에 의하면, 차량 제동을 위한 휠브레이크(wheel brake)를 구비한 차량용 통합형 제동장치(integrated braking device for vehicle)에 있어서, 리저버(reservoir); 마스터실린더(master cylinder); 리저버로부터 공급된 유압 오일(hydraulic pressure oil)을 이용하여 제1 방향으로 유압을 생성해 휠브레이크에게 제동력(braking force)을 가하거나, 제1 방향에 대향하는(opposing) 제2 방향으로 유압을 생성해 리저버에게 흐르는 유압 오일의 흐름을 제어하도록 배치된 양방향펌프(bi-directional pump); 양방향펌프를 구동(driving)하도록 배치된 유압모터(hydraulic motor); 양방향펌프로부터 휠브레이크에게 흐르는 유압의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 배치된 인렛밸브(inlet valve); 마스터실린더 내부 유압 오일의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 마스터실린더와 양방향펌프 사이에 배치된 트랙션 컨트롤밸브(traction control valve); 및 차량의 제동을 수행하기 위해 차량용 통합형 제동장치에 포함된 솔레노이드 밸브(solenoid valve), 양방향펌프 및 유압모터(hydraulic pressure motor)에게 구동신호(driving signal)를 송신(transmit)하여 유압의 흐름을 제어하는 제동제어부(braking control)를 포함하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치를 제공한다.
Description
도 2는 차량용 통합형 제동장치의 양방향펌프를 이용하여 휠브레이크에게 제동력을 공급할 때 유압 오일의 흐름을 나타낸 블록도이다.
도 3은 차량용 통합형 제동장치의 양방향펌프를 이용하여 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력을 감소시킬 때 유압 오일의 흐름을 나타낸 블록도이다.
도 4는 차량용 통합형 제동장치의 제1 트랙션 컨트롤밸브를 이용하여 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력을 감소시킬 때 유압 오일의 흐름을 나타낸 블록도이다.
도 5는 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 통합형 제동장치 제어방법의 흐름도이다.
도 6은 본 개시의 다른 실시예에 따른 차량용 통합형 제동장치 제어방법의 흐름도이다.
여기서 제1 내지 제4 인렛밸브(151, 152, 153 및 154)는 제동제어부(200)로부터 제어신호가 입력되지 않을 때인 평상시에 열려 있는 노멀 오픈 타입으로 형성될 수 있다.

Claims (13)
- 차량 제동을 위한 휠브레이크(wheel brake)를 구비한 차량용 통합형 제동장치(integrated braking device for vehicle)에 있어서,
리저버(reservoir);
마스터실린더(master cylinder);
제1 방향을 따라 유압 오일(hydraulic pressure oil)을 전달하여 상기 휠브레이크에게 제동력(braking force)을 공급하거나, 상기 제1 방향에 대향하는(opposing) 제2 방향으로 상기 유압 오일을 전달하여 상기 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력을 감소시키도록 구성된 양방향펌프(bi-directional pump);
상기 리저버와 상기 양방향펌프를 직접 연결하도록 구성된 공급유로(supply flow path);
상기 양방향펌프를 구동(driving)하도록 배치된 유압모터(hydraulic motor);
상기 양방향펌프로부터 상기 휠브레이크에게 흐르는 유압의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 배치된 인렛밸브(inlet valve);
상기 마스터실린더 내부 유압 오일의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 상기 마스터실린더와 상기 양방향펌프 사이에 배치된 트랙션 컨트롤밸브(traction control valve); 및
상기 차량의 제동을 수행하기 위해 상기 차량용 통합형 제동장치에 포함된 솔레노이드 밸브(solenoid valve), 상기 양방향펌프 및 상기 유압모터에게 구동신호(driving signal)를 송신(transmit)하여 유압의 흐름을 제어하는 제동제어부(braking control)를 포함하되,
상기 제1 방향은,
상기 유압 오일이 상기 리저버에서 상기 공급유로, 상기 양방향펌프 및 상기 인렛밸브를 순차적으로 거쳐 상기 휠브레이크로 흐르는 방향이고,
상기 제2 방향은,
상기 유압 오일이 상기 휠브레이크에서 상기 인렛밸브, 상기 양방향펌프 및 상기 공급유로를 순차적으로 거쳐 상기 리저버로 흐르는 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 트랙션 컨트롤밸브를 통하여(through) 흐르는 유압 오일을 상기 리저버로 회수하기 위해 상기 트랙션 컨트롤밸브와 상기 리저버 사이 회수유로(return flow path)에 배치된 회수밸브(return valve)를 더 포함하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급유로(supply flow path)의 증압 성능 향상을 위해 상기 공급유로 상에 배치된 오일챔버(oil chamber)를 더 포함하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 운전자가 브레이크페달(brake pedal)을 답입(stepping)한 경우 또는 상기 제동제어부가 상기 차량의 제동이 필요하다고 판단한 경우,
상기 휠브레이크에게 상기 운전자의 브레이크페달의 답입에 상응하는 제동력을 공급하기 위하여 상기 제동제어부는 상기 양방향펌프를 제1 방향으로 구동시키고, 상기 인렛밸브를 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 운전자가 브레이크페달의 답입을 마친 경우 또는 상기 제동제어부가 상기 차량의 제동이 필요하지 않다고 판단한 경우,
상기 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력을 감소시키기 위하여 상기 제동제어부는 상기 양방향펌프를 제2 방향으로 구동시키고, 상기 인렛밸브를 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력의 크기가 유지될 필요가 있는 경우, 상기 제동제어부는 상기 인렛밸브를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차량에 시동이 켜진 경우,
상기 제동제어부는 상기 트랙션 컨트롤밸브를 폐쇄하여 상기 마스터실린더 내부의 유압 오일이 상기 양방향펌프로 흐르지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 운전자가 브레이크페달의 답입을 마친 경우 또는 상기 제동제어부가 상기 차량의 제동이 필요하지 않다고 판단한 경우,
상기 제동제어부는 상기 인렛밸브, 상기 트랙션 컨트롤밸브 및 상기 회수밸브를 개방하여 상기 유압 오일을 상기 리저버에게로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치. - 차량 제동을 위한 휠브레이크(wheel brake)를 구비하고 양방향으로 유압 오일(hydraulic pressure oil)을 토출(discharge)시킬 수 있는 양방향펌프(bi-directional pump)를 포함하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치의 제어방법에 있어서,
상기 차량에 시동이 걸렸는지 여부를 판단하는 과정;
상기 차량에 시동이 걸렸다고 판단한 경우 마스터실린더(master cylinder)와 상기 양방향펌프 사이에 배치된 트랙션 컨트롤밸브(traction control valve)를 폐쇄하는 과정;
상기 차량의 운전자가 브레이크페달(brake pedal)을 답입(stepping)하거나 상기 차량이 주행 중 제동 상황이 감지(detect)되어 상기 차량의 제동이 필요한지 여부를 판단하는 과정;
상기 차량의 제동이 필요하다고 판단한 경우 상기 양방향펌프를 구동하여 상기 유압 오일을 제1 방향으로 전달하여 상기 휠브레이크에게 제동력(braking force)을 공급하는 과정; 및
상기 차량의 제동이 더 이상 필요하지 않다고 판단한 경우 상기 양방향펌프를 구동하여 상기 유압 오일을 제2 방향으로 전달하여 상기 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력을 감소시키는 과정을 포함하되,
상기 제1 방향은,
상기 유압 오일이 리저버에서 공급유로, 상기 양방향펌프 및 인렛밸브를 순차적으로 거쳐 상기 휠브레이크로 흐르는 방향이고,
상기 제2 방향은,
상기 유압 오일이 상기 휠브레이크에서 상기 인렛밸브, 상기 양방향펌프 및 상기 공급유로를 순차적으로 거쳐 상기 리저버로 흐르는 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치의 제어방법. - 삭제
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력을 유지시켜야 한다고 판단한 경우,
상기 휠브레이크와 상기 양방향펌프 사이의 유로(flow path) 상에 배치된 상기 인렛밸브(inlet valve)를 폐쇄시키는 과정을 더 포함하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치의 제어방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 휠브레이크에게 공급된 제동력을 감소시키는 과정은,
상기 트랙션 컨트롤밸브를 개방하고, 상기 트랙션 컨트롤밸브로부터 흐르는 유압 오일이 상기 리저버로 흐르는 것을 제어하도록 배치된 회수밸브(return valve)를 개방하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량용 통합형 제동장치의 제어방법.
