Claims (10)
- 가스 혼합물로부터 산 가스를 제거하는 방법으로서,
상기 방법은 상기 가스 혼합물을,
(i) 0.1 내지 75 중량%의 양의 2-디메틸아미노-2-하이드록시메틸-1,3-프로판디올,
(ii) 0.1 내지 25 중량%의 양의 인산,
및 임의로
(iii) 0 내지 75 중량%의 양의 추가의 아미노 화합물,
(iv) 0 내지 20 중량%의 양의 활성제 화합물,
또는
(v) 0 내지 75 중량%의 양의 물리적 용매
중 1종 이상을 포함하는 알칸올아민 수용액과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고, 이때 중량%는 상기 알칸올아민 수용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는, 방법. - ◈청구항 2은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 알칸올아민 수용액의 온도는 40℉ 이상인, 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 알칸올아민 수용액으로부터 산 가스를 부분적으로 제거하여 상기 접촉 단계에 사용될 수 있는 산 가스 희박 알칸올아민 수용액을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 방법.
- ◈청구항 4은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 산 가스를 부분적으로 제거하는 단계는 스팀 스트립핑(steam stripping)에 의해 달성되는, 방법.
- ◈청구항 5은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈청구항 1에 있어서, 황화수소는 황화수소를 포함하는 가스 혼합물로부터 선택적으로 제거되며, 상기 알칸올아민 수용액은 임의의 추가의 아미노 화합물을 포함하지 않는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 추가의 아미노 화합물 (iii)은 0.1 중량 퍼센트 내지 75 중량 퍼센트의 양으로 존재하고, 모노에탄올아민 (MEA); 트리스(2-하이드록시에틸)아민 (TEA); 트리스(2-하이드록시프로필)아민 (트리이소프로판올); 트리부탄올아민; 비스(2-하이드록시에틸)메틸아민 (MDEA); 2-디에틸아미노에탄올 (DEEA); 2-디메틸아미노에탄올 (DMEA); 3-디메틸아미노-1-프로판올; 3-디에틸아미노-1-프로판올; 2-디이소프로필아미노에탄올 (DIEA); N,N-비스(2-하이드록시프로필)메틸아민 (MDIPA); N,N'-비스(2-하이드록시에틸)피페라진 (DiHEP)); 디에탄올아민 (DEA); 2-(tert-부틸아미노)에탄올; 2-(tert-부틸아미노에톡시)에탄올; 2-아미노-2-메틸프로판올 (AMP); 2-(2-아미노-에톡시)에탄올; 또는 1-하이드록시에틸-4-피리디닐피페라진 화합물인, 방법.
