Claims (15)
- AFX 프레임워크 및 15 내지 50의 실리카-대-알루미나 비율(SAR)을 가진 Cu-로딩된 제올라이트를 포함하고,
상기 제올라이트는 3 중량 퍼센트 미만의 합성 후 알칼리 함량 및 0.1 내지 15μm의 평균 결정 크기를 갖는,
배기가스를 처리하기 위한 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서, Cu-로딩된 제올라이트는 0.1 내지 8 중량 퍼센트 Cu를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, Cu-로딩된 제올라이트는 0.5 내지 5 중량 퍼센트 Cu를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu는 비-프레임워크 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, SAR은 20 내지 40인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, SAR은 20 내지 30인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 결정질 상은 AFX 프레임워크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 시스템은 촉매 코팅의 상류에 배치된 NOx 포착 또는 NOx 흡수 촉매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리 시스템.
- AFX 프레임워크 및 15 내지 50의 실리카-대-알루미나 비율(SAR)을 가진 Cu-로딩된 제올라이트를 포함하는 촉매를 SCR 환원제와 NOx 함유 배기가스의 혼합물과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하며,

상기 접촉 단계는 NOx의 적어도 일부를 질소 및 물로 환원시키는,
