Claims (14)
- 레이더 센서 및 카메라 중 적어도 어느 하나를 이용하여 장애물을 감지하고 감지 데이터를 생성하는 장애물 감지부;
초음파를 송신하고 물체로부터 반사되는 초음파를 수신함으로써 장애물을 감지하는 초음파 센서; 및
상기 장애물이 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 영역 내 존재하면 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 데이터에 기초하여 차량과 장애물 간의 거리를 판단하고, 상기 장애물이 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 영역 내 존재하면 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 데이터에 기초하여 차량과 장애물 간의 거리를 판단하는 제어부를 포함하되,
상기 제어부는,
상기 장애물이 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 영역과 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 영역이 겹치는 영역 내 존재하되, 차량과 장애물 간의 거리가 미리 설정된 제1 기준 거리 이하인 경우와 이상인 경우 서로 다른 경고 알림을 운전자에게 제공하고,
상기 장애물이 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 영역과 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 영역이 겹치는 영역 외에 존재하면, 차량과 장애물 간의 거리가 미리 설정된 제2 기준 거리 이하인 경우, 제동 제어를 수행하는 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 영역은 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 영역보다 상기 차량으로부터 먼 거리에 위치하는 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 장애물이 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 영역과 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 영역이 겹치는 영역 내 존재하면, 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 데이터 및 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 데이터의 융합 데이터에 기초하여 상기 차량과 장애물 간의 거리를 판단하는 차량. - 삭제

상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 영역은 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 영역보다 상기 차량으로부터 먼 거리에 위치하는 차량의 제어방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 차량과 장애물 간의 거리를 판단하는 단계는 상기 장애물이 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 영역과 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 영역이 겹치는 영역 내 존재하면, 상기 장애물 감지부의 감지 데이터 및 상기 초음파 센서의 감지 데이터의 융합 데이터에 기초하여 상기 차량과 장애물 간의 거리를 판단하는 차량의 제어방법. - 삭제
