Claims (26)
- 압출된 메인 층(9) 및 상기 메인 층을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 단일층 또는 다층 필름(10)을 포함하는 다층 가요성 튜브 스커트(1)에 있어서,
메인 층(9)의 인장 탄성률은 1200 N/mm2 미만이고, 필름(10)의 인장 탄성률은 3500 N/mm2보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 가요성 튜브 스커트. - 제 1항에 있어서, 메인 층(9)의 인장 탄성률은 500 N/㎟ 미만인 스커트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 필름(10)은 2개의 층을 포함하고, 이중 적어도 하나는 3500 N/㎟ 초과의 인장 탄성률을 갖는 스커트.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 필름(10)의 상기 2개의 층중 다른 하나는 100 N/㎟ 초과의 인장 탄성률을 갖는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 층(9)의 두께는 스커트(1)의 두께의 80 내지 97%에 해당하는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 층(9)의 두께는 190 내지 680 미크론인 스커트.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 메인 층(9)의 두께는 250 내지 550 마이크론인 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스커트(1)의 두께는 200 내지 700 미크론인 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 메인 층(9)은:
HDPE Hostalen(호스탈렌) GF 4750 (MFR (Melt Flow Rate, 용융 유동률): 0.4g/10분) 45%,
LDPE ExxonMobil(엑손모빌) 165 (MFR: 0.33g/10분) 45%, 및
LLDPE Dowlex(다우렉스) 2045 G (MFR: 1g/10분) 10%로 구성되는 스커트. - 제 1항에 있어서, 메인 층(9)은:
LDPE ExxonMobil 165 (MFR: 0.33g/10분) 80%, 및
LLDPE Dowlex 2045 G (MFR: 1g/10분) 20%로 구성되는 스커트. - 제 1항에 있어서, 60% 초과의 흡수된 에너지 비를 갖는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(10)의 양단(11a/11b)은 끝과 끝이 이어져 배치되는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(10)의 양단(11a/11b)은 이들 사이에 공간(12)을 갖는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 필름(10)의 양단(11a/11b)은 중첩부(13)를 갖는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스트립(14)이 필름의 양단(11a, 11b)에 추가되는 스커트.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 스트립(14)은 상기 메인 층(9)과 필름(10) 사이 또는 필름(10) 상에 배치되는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 층(9)은 다층이며 공압출되는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 층(9)은 산소 배리어 층을 포함하는 스커트.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 산소 배리어 층은 EVOH 수지를 포함하는 층인 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 층은 재활용재(recycled material)의 층을 포함하는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(10)은 다층 구조체를 포함하는 스커트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(10)은 산소 배리어 층을 포함하는 스커트.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 산소 배리어 층은 EVOH 수지 및/또는 금속화 층 및/또는 금속층인 스커트.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 금속층은 알루미늄을 포함하는 층인 스커트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항, 또는 제 5항 내지 제 24항 중 어느 한 항에 규정된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 스커트를 포함하는 제품.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 튜브(18)인 제품.
