[식 중, R1은 치환 혹은 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기 또는 하기 일반식 (2)로 나타나는 오르가녹시기를 나타내고,

(식 중, R8은 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.)
R2 내지 R5는 서로 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R6 및 R7은 서로 독립적으로 헤테로 원자를 포함하고 있어도 되는 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 2가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.]
Description
도 2는 실시예 1에서 얻어진 5-아자-2,9,13-트리옥사-1-실라-1,5-디메틸비시클로[5.5.1]트리데칸의 IR 스펙트럼이다.
도 3은 실시예 5에서 얻어진 5-아자-2,9,13-트리옥사-1-실라-5-에틸-1-메틸비시클로[5.5.1]트리데칸의 1H-NMR 스펙트럼이다.
도 4는 실시예 5에서 얻어진 5-아자-2,9,13-트리옥사-1-실라-5-에틸-1-메틸비시클로[5.5.1]트리데칸의 IR 스펙트럼이다.
도 5는 실시예 6에서 얻어진 5-아자-2,9,13-트리옥사-1-실라-5-(N,N-디에틸아미노)에틸-1-메틸비시클로[5.5.1]트리데칸의 1H-NMR 스펙트럼이다.
도 6은 실시예 6에서 얻어진 5-아자-2,9,13-트리옥사-1-실라-5-(N,N-디에틸아미노)에틸-1-메틸비시클로[5.5.1]트리데칸의 IR 스펙트럼이다.
Claims (4)
- 하기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 다환식 아미노실란 화합물.
[식 중, R1은 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 1가 탄화수소기 또는 하기 일반식 (2)로 나타나는 오르가녹시기를 나타내고,
-OR8 (2)
(식 중, R8은 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.)
R2는 비치환된, 또는 N,N-디메틸아미노기 혹은 N,N-디에틸아미노기로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타내고,
R3 내지 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타내고,
R6 및 R7은 서로 독립적으로 산소 원자를 포함하고 있어도 되는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 2가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.] - 제2항에 있어서, 염기성 촉매 또는 산 촉매를 사용하여 상기 증류를 행하는 다환식 아미노실란 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 다환식 아미노실란 화합물보다도 고비점의 화합물을 용매로서 사용하여 상기 증류를 행하는 다환식 아미노실란 화합물의 제조 방법.
