- 모재와, 상기 모재에 접합된 합재(cladding material)를 구비하는 클래드 강판으로서,
상기 모재는, 탄소강 또는 저합금강으로 이루어지고,
상기 합재는, 화학 조성이, 질량%로,
C:0.030% 이하,
Si:1.00% 이하,
Mn:4.00% 이하,
P:0.050% 이하,
S:0.050% 이하,
Ni:2.00~10.00%,
Cr:20.00~28.00%,
Mo:5.00% 이하,
Cu:1.50% 이하,
N:0.080~0.300%,
W:0~3.00%,
V:0~0.50%,
Nb:0~0.20%,
Ti:0~0.050%,
Co:0~1.50%,
B:0~0.0050%,
Ca:0~0.0050%,
Mg:0~0.0030%,
Al:0~0.50%,
REM:0~0.50%,
잔부:Fe 및 불가피적 불순물이고,
하기 (i) 식으로 산출되는 내공식(耐孔食) 지수(PREN_Mn)의 값이 25~40인 2상 스테인리스강으로 이루어지고,
상기 모재의 함유 수소량이 1.0ppm 이하이며, 또한 상기 합재의 함유 수소량이 3.0ppm 이하이고,
상기 모재와 상기 합재의 접합 계면에 있어서의 전단 강도가 350MPa 이상인, 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판.

단, 상기 (i) 식 중의 원소 기호는, 강 중에 포함되는 각 원소의 함유량(질량%)을 나타내고, 함유되지 않은 경우는 제로로 한다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 합재의 표면으로부터 판두께 방향으로 0.5mm의 위치에 있어서의, 시그마상의 면적률이 0.5% 미만인, 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 화학 조성이, 질량%로,
W:0.1~3.00%,
V:0.05~0.50%,
Nb:0.01~0.20%,
Ti:0.003~0.050%,
Co:0.01~1.50%,
B:0.0003~0.0050%,
Ca:0.0001~0.0050%,
Mg:0.0001~0.0030%,
Al:0.0030~0.50%, 및
REM:0.005~0.50%
로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는, 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 화학 조성이, 질량%로,
W:0.1~3.00%,
V:0.05~0.50%,
Nb:0.01~0.20%,
Ti:0.003~0.050%,
Co:0.01~1.50%,
B:0.0003~0.0050%,
Ca:0.0001~0.0050%,
Mg:0.0001~0.0030%,
Al:0.0030~0.50%, 및
REM:0.005~0.50%
로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는, 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) 표면을 갖고 또한 상기 표면으로 이어지는 구멍이 미리 형성된, 탄소강 또는 저합금강으로 이루어지는 모재와, 표면을 갖고 또한 청구항 1, 청구항 3 및 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 화학 조성을 갖는 2상 스테인리스강으로 이루어지는 합재를 적층하고, 상기 표면끼리 맞닿게 함으로써 적층면을 형성하고, 상기 적층면의 주위를 용접함으로써 봉지(封止)하여, 클래드 압연 소재로 하는 공정과,
(b) 상기 클래드 압연 소재를 200℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하면서, 상기 적층면으로 이어지는 상기 구멍으로부터, 상기 적층면에 있어서의 진공도가 0.10Torr 이하가 되도록 진공 배기(vacuum drawing)하는 공정과,
(c) 상기 (b)의 공정 후에, 상기 클래드 압연 소재를 1050~1250℃의 범위에서 가열하고, 1000℃ 이상의 온도역에서 압하율을 60% 이상으로 하는 열간 압연을 실시하여, 상기 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판으로 만드는 공정을 구비하는, 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 (c)의 공정에 있어서, 950℃ 이하에서의 압연 시간을 60초 이하로 하고, 또한 상기 열간 압연에 있어서의 압연 종료 온도를 850℃ 이상으로 하며, 그 후, 850℃~650℃의 온도역에 있어서의 평균 냉각 속도를 0.5℃/s 이상으로 하는, 2상 스테인리스 클래드 강판의 제조 방법. - 삭제
