Claims (8)
- 2상 스테인리스강을 포함하는 모재와, 상기 모재끼리가 용접되어 이루어지는 용접부를 구비한 용접 구조체이며,
상기 모재의 화학 성분이, 질량%로,
C: 0.050% 이하,
Si: 0.03 내지 5.00%,
Mn: 0.01 내지 8.00%,
P: 0.070% 이하,
S: 0.0500% 이하,
Ni: 1.0 내지 30.0%,
Cr: 15.0 내지 30.0%,
Mo: 0.010 내지 8.000%,
Cu: 0.010 내지 5.000%,
N: 0.050 내지 0.800%,
Al: 0 내지 1.00%,
Ti: 0 내지 0.400%,
Nb: 0 내지 0.40%,
V: 0 내지 0.50%,
W: 0 내지 1.0%,
Zr: 0 내지 0.200%,
Ta: 0 내지 0.100%,
Sn: 0 내지 0.50%,
Sb: 0 내지 0.50%,
Ga: 0 내지 0.50%,
B: 0 내지 0.0050%,
Ca: 0 내지 0.0050%,
Mg: 0 내지 0.0050% 및

상기 용접부의 용접 금속의 금속 조직에 있어서의 페라이트상의 체적률이 45 내지 75%이며,
비커스 경도에서의, 상기 모재의 경도에 대한 상기 용접 금속의 경도의 비가 0.80 내지 1.20이며,
상기 용접 금속의 상기 페라이트상 내에 생성되는 석출물량이 면적률로 10% 미만인,
용접 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모재가, 이하의 제1군 및 제2군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는,
용접 구조체.
제1군: 질량%로,
Al: 1.00% 이하,
Ti: 0.010 내지 0.400%,
Nb: 0.01 내지 0.40%,
V: 0.01 내지 0.50%,
W: 0.01 내지 1.0%,
Zr: 0.001 내지 0.200%,
Ta: 0.001 내지 0.100%,
Sn: 0.001 내지 0.50%,
Sb: 0.001 내지 0.50% 및
Ga: 0.001 내지 0.50%.
제2군: 질량%로,
B: 0.0002 내지 0.0050%,
Ca: 0.0002 내지 0.0050%,
Mg: 0.0002 내지 0.0050% 및
REM: 0.001 내지 0.10%. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모재의 내력이 500MPa 이상이며, 상기 용접부의 내력이 440MPa 이상인,

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음료용의 저장 탱크용인, 용접 구조체.
- 액체용의 저장 탱크이며, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 용접 구조체를 갖는, 저장 탱크.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 물, 음료, 온수 및 유제품 중 어느 하나 이상인, 저장 탱크.
