Abstract
[해결수단] 결함 검사 장치(1)는, 세퍼레이터 권회체(10)에 대하여 전자파(4)를 조사하는 선원부(2)와, 선원부(2)로부터 세퍼레이터 권회체(10)에 조사된 전자파(4)를 검출하는 센서부(3)를 갖고, 센서부(3)는 세퍼레이터 권회체(10)에 대하여, 상대적으로 이동하기 전후에 전자파(4)를 검출한다.
Description
도 2는, 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 관한 세퍼레이터 권회체의 구성을 도시하는 모식도이며, (a)는 코어로부터 세퍼레이터가 권출되기 전의 상태를 나타내고, (b)는 코어로부터 세퍼레이터가 권출된 상태를 나타내고, (c)는 세퍼레이터가 권출되어, 제거된 후의 코어의 상태를 나타내고, (d)는 (b)의 상태를 다른 각도로 나타낸다.
도 3은, 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 관한 결함 검사 장치의 개략 구성을 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4는, 본 발명의 실시 형태 1에 관한 결함 검사 장치의 유지 기구에 유지되어 있는 세퍼레이터 권회체가 촬영된 촬영 화상을 도시하는 도면이다.

Claims (12)
- 전지에 사용되는 세퍼레이터가 통 형상의 코어에 권회된 세퍼레이터 권회체를 유지하는 유지 기구와,
상기 세퍼레이터 권회체에 대하여 전자파를 조사하는 선원부와,
상기 선원부로부터 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체에 조사된 상기 전자파를 검출하는 센서부를 갖고,
상기 세퍼레이터 권회체는, 상기 선원부에 대하여 상대적으로 이동하고,
상기 센서부는, 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체에 대하여, 상기 상대적으로 이동하기 전후에 상기 전자파를 검출하는, 결함 검사 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체는, 상기 코어에 권회된 상기 세퍼레이터의 상기 선원부에 가까운 측의 면의 상이 얻어지도록, 상기 선원부에 대하여 상대적으로 이동하는, 결함 검사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체는, 상기 선원부에 대하여 상대적으로, 당해 세퍼레이터 권회체의 중심을 회전 중심으로 하는 회전 운동을 하는, 결함 검사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선원부의 조사면으로부터, 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체의 양 측면 중 상기 센서부측의 제2 측면까지의 거리를 D1로 하고, 상기 선원부의 조사면으로부터 상기 센서부의 검출면까지의 거리를 D2로 하면, D2/D1은 1보다 크고 40 이하인, 결함 검사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센서부가 검출한 전자파에 기초하는 촬영 화상을 생성하는 촬영 화상 생성부를 갖고,
상기 촬영 화상 생성부는, 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체가 상대적으로 이동하기 전에 생성한 촬영 화상과, 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체가 상대적으로 이동한 후에 생성한 촬영 화상을 일부가 겹치도록 합성하는, 결함 검사 장치. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 촬영 화상의 적어도 일부에는, 상기 코어의 일부, 또는 상기 세퍼레이터의 외주면의 일부가 포함되어 있는, 결함 검사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자파는 X선인, 결함 검사 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 촬영 화상에 기초하여 검출해야 하는 결함은 금속 이물인, 결함 검사 장치.
- 전지에 사용되는 세퍼레이터가 통 형상의 코어에 권회된 세퍼레이터 권회체에 대하여 선원부로부터 전자파를 조사하는 조사 스텝과,
상기 세퍼레이터 권회체에 조사된 상기 전자파를 검출하는 검출 스텝을 포함하고,
상기 검출 스텝에서는, 상기 선원부에 대하여 상대적으로 이동되는 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체의 이동 전후에 상기 전자파를 검출하는, 결함 검사 방법. - 제9항에 기재된 결함 검사 방법에 의해 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체의, 코어에 권회된 세퍼레이터 내의 결함을 검사하는 결함 검사 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세퍼레이터 권회체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터보다도 폭이 넓은 원단으로부터 상기 세퍼레이터를 슬릿하는 슬릿 공정과,
상기 슬릿 공정에서 슬릿된 상기 세퍼레이터를, 상기 코어에 권회함으로써 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체를 제조하는 세퍼레이터 권회 공정과,
상기 세퍼레이터 권회 공정에서 제조된 상기 세퍼레이터 권회체를 포장하는 포장 공정을 갖고,
상기 결함 검사 공정은, 상기 슬릿 공정 후, 상기 포장 공정 전에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세퍼레이터 권회체의 제조 방법. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 결함 검사 공정에서는, 100㎛ 이상의 이물 유무를 검사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세퍼레이터 권회체의 제조 방법.
