Abstract
본 발명의 웹, 스탬퍼블 시트, 및 팽창 성형품은, 무기 섬유 및 유기 섬유를 포함하는 강화 섬유와, 열가소성 수지와, 가열 팽창성 입자를 함유하는 웹, 스탬퍼블 시트, 및 팽창 성형품으로서, 강화 섬유의 비율이, 강화 섬유와 열가소성 수지의 합계량에 대하여 20 질량% 이상 55 질량% 이하이고, 유기 섬유의 비율이, 유기 섬유와 무기 섬유의 합계량에 대하여 25 질량% 이상 77 질량% 이하이고, 강화 섬유의 평균 길이가 8 mm 이상이고, 유기 섬유의 파단 신장이 15% 이상이다.

Claims (6)
- 무기 섬유 및 유기 섬유를 포함하는 강화 섬유와, 열가소성 수지와, 가열 팽창성 입자를 함유하는 웹으로서,
상기 강화 섬유의 비율이, 상기 강화 섬유와 상기 열가소성 수지의 합계량에 대하여 20 질량% 이상 55 질량% 이하이고,
상기 유기 섬유의 비율이, 상기 유기 섬유와 상기 무기 섬유의 합계량에 대하여 25 질량% 이상 77 질량% 이하이고,
상기 강화 섬유의 평균 길이가 8 mm 이상이고,
상기 유기 섬유의 파단 신장이 15% 이상이고,
상기 유기 섬유가 아라미드 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유 및 불소 수지 섬유에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 웹. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 섬유의 평균 길이가 8 mm 이상인, 웹. - 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 매트릭스 중에, 무기 섬유 및 유기 섬유를 포함하는 강화 섬유와, 가열 팽창성 입자를 함유하는 스탬퍼블 시트로서,
상기 강화 섬유의 비율이, 상기 강화 섬유와 상기 열가소성 수지의 합계량에 대하여 20 질량% 이상 55 질량% 이하이고,
상기 유기 섬유의 비율이, 상기 유기 섬유와 상기 무기 섬유의 합계량에 대하여 25 질량% 이상 77 질량% 이하이고,
상기 강화 섬유의 평균 길이가 8 mm 이상이고,
상기 유기 섬유의 파단 신장이 15% 이상이고,
상기 유기 섬유가 아라미드 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유 및 불소 수지 섬유에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 스탬퍼블 시트. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유기 섬유의 평균 길이가 8 mm 이상인, 스탬퍼블 시트. - 무기 섬유 및 유기 섬유를 포함하는 강화 섬유와, 팽창된 가열 팽창성 입자가, 열가소성 수지를 통하여 결합된 팽창 성형품으로서,
상기 강화 섬유의 비율이, 상기 강화 섬유와 상기 열가소성 수지의 합계량에 대하여 20 질량% 이상 55 질량% 이하이고,
상기 유기 섬유의 비율이, 상기 유기 섬유와 상기 무기 섬유의 합계량에 대하여 25 질량% 이상 77 질량% 이하이고,
상기 강화 섬유의 평균 길이가 8 mm 이상이고,
상기 유기 섬유의 파단 신장이 15% 이상이고,
상기 유기 섬유가 아라미드 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유 및 불소 수지 섬유에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 팽창 성형품. - 제5항에 있어서,
