Claims (7)
- 파우더를 배출하는 호퍼;
상기 호퍼에서 배출된 파우더의 일부를 레이저 성형 장치로 유도하고, 나머지 파우더를 다른 곳으로 배출되도록 유도하는 메인 샘플링부; 및
상기 메인 샘플링부에서 분리된 나머지 파우더의 양을 산출하는 배출 모니터링부;를 포함하고
상기 메인 샘플링부는
상기 호퍼와 연결되어 상기 호퍼에서 배출되는 파우더를 분할하는 메인 슬리터부;
상기 메인 슬리터부의 한쪽에 연결되어 상기 분할된 파우더를 상기 레이저 성형 장치로 유도하는 메인 제1 유도관; 및
상기 메인 슬리터부의 다른 한쪽에 연결되어 상기 분할된 나머지 파우더를 상기 배출 모니터링부로 유도하는 메인 제2 유도관;을 포함하고,
메인 슬리터부는
한 쌍으로 마련되되, 서로 분리하여 제1 통로공간을 마련하는 슬리터를 포함하고,
상기 슬리터의 측면으로 또 다른 슬리터가 위치하여 제2 통로공간을 마련하되, 상기 제1 통로공간과 상기 제2 통로공간의 한쪽은 서로 연결되고, 다른 한쪽은 서로 다른 방향으로 분리되도록 마련되며,
상기 슬리터는 복수개로 마련되고,
상기 슬리터의 측면을 덮어 파우더가 상기 제1 통로공간과 상기 제2 통로공간으로 이동될 수 있도록 마련된 슬리터 가이드;
를 포함하는 레이저 성형 장치용 파우더 공급 관리 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인 샘플링부에서 배출 모니터링부로 배출되는 파우더의 일부를 상기 배출 모니터링부로 배출되도록 유도하되, 나머지 파우더를 레이저 성형 장치로 유도하는 서브 샘플링부를 더 포함하는 레이저 성형 장치용 파우더 공급 관리 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
호퍼 내부의 파우더 보관 상태를 촬영하는 보관 모니터링부를 더 포함하는 레이저 성형 장치용 파우더 공급 관리 장치. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
한 쌍의 슬리터가 서로 분리하여 마련되는 상기 제1 통로공간 및 제2 통로공간은
세로 방향의 세로공간; 및
상기 세로공간과 연결되되, 가로방향으로 기울어진 가로공간;
을 포함하는 레이저 성형 장치용 파우더 공급 관리 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 서브 샘플링부는
상기 메인 샘플링부와 연결되어 상기 배출 모니터링부로 유도된 파우더를 분할하는 서브 슬리터부;
상기 서브 슬리터부의 한쪽에 연결되어 상기 분할된 파우더를 상기 레이저 성형 장치로 유도하는 서브 제1 유도관; 및
상기 서브 슬리터부의 다른 한쪽에 연결되어 상기 분할된 나머지 파우더를 상기 배출 모니터링부로 유도하는 서브 제2 유도관;
을 포함하는 레이저 성형 장치용 파우더 공급 관리 장치.
