Claims (25)
- 하기 화학식 I을 갖는 세라믹 재료;
하기 화학식 II를 갖는 세라믹 재료; 또는
화학식 I을 갖는 세라믹 재료와 화학식 II를 갖는 세라믹 재료의 조합물을 포함하는 세라믹 재료
를 포함하는 표면을 갖는 하나 이상의 몰드 특징부(mold feature)를 갖는 흑연 몰드 바디(mold body)를 포함하되,
세라믹 재료가 흑연 몰드 바디의 열팽창 계수와 1ppm/℃ 이하로 차이가 나는 열팽창 계수를 갖는, 몰드:
M2A1X1 (I)
[상기 식에서,
M은 하나 이상의 전이 금속이고,
A는 Si, Al, Ge, Pb, Sn, Ga, P, S, In, As, Tl 및 Cd, 및 이들의 조합 중에서 선택되고,
X는 탄소, 질소 또는 이들의 조합임];
M3A1X2 (II)
