Claims (18)
- 기판,
상기 기판 위에 위치하는 유기 발광 소자,
상기 유기 발광 소자 위에 위치하고, 1.7 보다 크거나 같고 6.0 보다 작거나 같은 범위의 굴절률을 갖는 무기 물질로 형성된 고굴절막을 포함하는 캐핑층 그리고
상기 캐핑층 및 상기 유기 발광 소자를 덮는 박막 봉지층을 포함하고,
상기 무기 물질은 CuI, TlI(Thallium iodide), BaS, BiI, TiO2, AgI, CdI2, HgI2, SnI2, PbI2, BiI3, ZnI2, MoO3, Ag2O, Pr2O3, SnS, CdS, CaS, ZnTe, CdTe, SnSe, CdSe, AlAs, GaAs, InAs, GaP, InP, AlP, AlSb, GaSb, 및 InSb 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 캐핑층은 상기 박막 봉지층 바로 아래 위치하는 탑층을 포함하고, 상기 박막 봉지층은 상기 캐핑층 바로 위에 위치하는 베이스층을 포함하고,
상기 탑층과 상기 베이스층은 서로 굴절률이 다른 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 박막 봉지층은 상기 베이스층 위에 위치하는 제1 봉지층, 상기 제1 봉지층 위에 위치하는 제2 봉지층 및 상기 제2 봉지층 위에 위치하는 제3 봉지층을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 봉지층은 무기층, 상기 제2 봉지층은 유기층 및 상기 제3 봉지층은 무기층인 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 베이스층은 LiF, SiOx, SiC, MgF2, AlF3, 및 NaF 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제4항에서,
상기 제1 봉지층은 SiON, TiO2, 및 SiNx 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제5항에서,
상기 제3 봉지층은 SiON, SiNx, 및 TiO2 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 캐핑층은 1.0 보다 크거나 같고 1.7 보다 작은 범위의 굴절률을 갖는 무기 물질을 포함하는 저굴절막을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 저굴절막은 상기 고굴절막과 상기 유기 발광 소자 사이에 위치하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제8항에서,
상기 저굴절막은 할로겐 화합물을 포함하는 무기 물질을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제9항에서,
상기 저굴절막은 MgF2, LiF, AlF3, 및 NaF 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 캐핑층은 상기 저굴절막과 상기 고굴절막 각각을 적어도 하나 포함하고, 상기 캐핑층은 상기 저굴절막과 상기 고굴절막이 교대로 적층된 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 유기 발광 소자는
서로 마주하는 제1 전극 및 제2 전극 그리고
상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치하는 발광층을 포함하고,
상기 캐핑층은 상기 제2 전극 바로 위에 위치하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제12항에서,
상기 제1 전극은 반사막으로 형성된 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제13항에서,
상기 캐핑층의 측면을 상기 박막 봉지층이 덮는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제14항에서,
상기 발광층은 적색 발광층, 녹색 발광층, 및 청색 발광층을 포함하고,
상기 청색 발광층 하단에 위치하는 보조층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제15항에서,
상기 적색 발광층 하단에 위치하는 적색 공진 보조층 및 상기 녹색 발광층 하단에 위치하는 녹색 공진 보조층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
