Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 물질 성질을 향상시키기 위해 복합 물질을 제조하기 위한 첨가제 코팅된 호스트(host) 중합체 입자의 제조 방법으로서,
분말화된 호스트 중합체를 제공하는 단계;
상기 분말화된 호스트 중합체의 융점 보다 높은 연화 온도 또는 용융 온도를 갖는 분말화된 첨가제로서 그래핀 옥사이드를 제공하는 단계;
상기 분말화된 호스트 중합체 및 상기 그래핀 옥사이드를 볼 밀(ball mill)에 투입하는 단계;
상기 분말화된 호스트 중합체 및 상기 그래핀 옥사이드를, 상기 분말화된 호스트 중합체를 혼합하기에는 충분하지만 용융시키지는 않는 밀링(milling) 시간 동안 밀링하는 단계; 및
상기 밀링된 분말화된 호스트 중합체 및 그래핀 옥사이드에 니트(neat) 중합체 분말을 건식 블렌딩(dry blending)함으로써, 상기 밀링된 분말화된 호스트 중합체 및 그래핀 옥사이드의 유동성 및 가공성(processability)을 향상시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 물질 성질을 향상시키기 위해 복합 물질을 제조하기 위한 첨가제 코팅된 호스트 중합체 입자의 제조 방법. - 삭제

상기 분말화된 호스트 중합체를 상기 그래핀 옥사이드로 상기 분말화된 호스트 중합체를 혼합하기에는 충분하지만 용융시키지는 않는 밀링 시간 동안 밀에서 코팅하는 단계; 및
상기 그래핀 옥사이드로 코팅된 분말화된 호스트 중합체에 니트(neat) 중합체 분말을 건식 블렌딩(dry blending)함으로써, 상기 그래핀 옥사이드로 코팅된 분말화된 호스트 중합체의 유동성 및 가공성(processability)을 향상시키는 단계
를 포함하고, 여기서, 상기 코팅이 상기 호스트에서 침투성 네트워크(percolative network)를 성취하는데 필요한 첨가제를 극적으로 감소시키는, 향상된 물질 성질을 갖는 복합 물질을 제조하기 위해 호스트 중합체 입자를 코팅하는 방법. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 분말화된 호스트 중합체가 수지 분말인, 방법.
