Claims (4)
- 라디에이터 및 오일 쿨러를 포함하는 복수의 열교환기, 상기 열교환기에 냉각풍을 공급하는 냉각팬, 상기 라디에이터와 엔진 사이에서 냉각수 순환 시스템 내 라디에이터와 평행하게 연결된 가압 밀봉형 리저버 탱크를 구비한 건설 장비 냉각 시스템의 배치 구조로서, 상기 라디에이터 및 오일 쿨러는, 냉각된 유체가 유입, 유출되는 유입측, 유출측 탱크가 코어 좌우에 배치된 수평 연장의 사이드 플로우 타입이고, 상기 수평 연장의 라디에이터 및 오일 쿨러는, 냉각풍 흐름에 대하여 상하로 평행하게 배치되고, 라디에이터 및 오일 쿨러 이외의 다른 열교환기는 상층 열교환기이고, 상기 상층 열교환기는 상기 상하로 배치되는 라디에이터 및 오일 쿨러의 상방에 배치되고, 이렇게 배치된 상층 열교환기 전체의 수평 폭을 라디에이터 및 오일 쿨러의 수평 폭보다 짧게 하여 상층 열교환기의 측면으로 탱크 공간을 형성하고, 상기 탱크 공간에 상기 리저버 탱크는, 라디에이터 및 오일 쿨러의 상방에 위치되고, 또한 냉각풍의 흐름에 대하여 상기 복수의 열교환기 중 어느 열교환기와도 중첩하지 않고, 또한 복수의 열교환기 전체로부터 상방으로 돌출하지 않도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배치 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상층 열교환기가 인터쿨러인 것을 특징으로 하는 배치 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 복수의 열교환기가 정사각형 틀 형상의 프레임 부재에 내장되고, 냉각팬을 둘러싸는 팬 슈라우드가 상기 프레임 부재에 연결되고, 또한 상기 프레임 부재와 상기 팬 슈라우드의 상측 모서리에 상기 탱크 공간을 구획하는 단차 오목부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배치 구조.
