Ar1 내지 Ar4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 중수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 이상 10 이하의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 고리 형성 탄소수 6 이상 30 이하의 아릴기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 고리 형성 탄소수 2 이상 30 이하의 헤테로아릴기이며,
a 내지 c는 각각 독립적으로 0 이상 5 이하의 정수이고,
n, m, p, 및 q는 각각 독립적으로 0 이상 4 이하의 정수이다. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 발광층은 호스트 및 도펀트를 포함하고,
상기 도펀트가 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 함질소 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 도펀트는 제1 도펀트 및 제2 도펀트를 포함하고,
상기 제1 도펀트 또는 상기 제2 도펀트가 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 함질소 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 발광층은 열 활성 지연 형광을 방사하는 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제10항에 있어서,
R1 내지 R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 중수소 원자, 불소 원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 이상 4 이하의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 바이페닐기인 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제10항에 있어서,
Ar1 내지 Ar4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 중수소 원자, 불소 원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 이상 4 이하의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 바이페닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 카바졸기, 치환 또는 비치환된 디벤조퓨란기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 디벤조티오펜기인 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제10항에 있어서,
X1 내지 X3 중 2개가 N이고, 나머지 1개가 CH인 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제10항에 있어서,
X1 내지 X3가 N인 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제10항에 있어서,
Y1 내지 Y3가 각각 독립적으로 화학식 3 또는 4로 표시되는 것인 유기 전계 발광 소자.
