Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 지환족 폴리아미드를 포함하고, 또한 칼 피셔법에 의해 측정되는 흡수율이 0.5 내지 2.5중량%인 폴리아미드 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지환족 폴리아미드가 반결정성 폴리아미드인 폴리아미드 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)에 의해 10℃/분의 속도로 승온했을 때, 지환족 폴리아미드의 유리 전이 온도가 100 내지 150℃인 폴리아미드 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 레이저 회절 산란법으로 측정되는 개수 평균 1차 입자 직경이 5 내지 40㎛인 폴리아미드 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, BET법에 의한 비표면적이 0.08 내지 12m2/g인 폴리아미드 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구 형상이고, 또한 레이저 회절 산란법으로 측정되는 개수 평균 1차 입자 직경이 15 내지 25㎛인 폴리아미드 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)에 의해 10℃/분의 속도로 승온했을 때, 지환족 폴리아미드의 유리 전이 온도와 융점 사이의 온도 범위에 발열 피크를 갖는 폴리아미드 입자.
- 지환족 폴리아미드와 이 지환족 폴리아미드에 비상용인 수성 매체를 용융 혼련하는 용융 혼련 공정과, 얻어진 용융 혼련물로부터 친수성 용매로 상기 수성 매체를 제거하여 전구체 입자를 얻는 수성 매체 제거 공정과, 온도 및 습도를 제어하고, 얻어진 전구체 입자의 흡수량을 조정하는 수분 조정 공정을 포함하며, 여기서 수성 매체는 열용융성 당류 및 수용성 고분자 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 폴리아미드 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 폴리아미드 입자 및 경화성 수지를 포함하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 경화성 수지가 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 입자의 비율이, 폴리아미드 입자 및 경화성 수지의 총량에 대하여 30중량% 이하인 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 강화 섬유를 더 포함하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 강화 섬유가 탄소 섬유 및/또는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 기재된 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물을 포함하는 성형품.
