Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름의 적층 구조에서 섬광층의 유무에 따라 빛이 굴절되는 것을 나타낸다.
도 3은 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름이 전자태그 및 큐알 코드와 함께 구현된 것을 나타낸 것으로, 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름에 지면을 기준으로 동일한 각도에서 조사 방향만을 달리하여 빛을 조사했을 때 전자태그 중간 부분의 색상이 변하는 것을 나타내는 것을 보여준다.
도 4는 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름이 전자태그 및 큐알 코드와 함께 구현된 것을 나타낸 것으로, 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름에 지면을 기준으로 동일한 각도에서 조사 방향만을 달리하여 빛을 조사했을 때, 전자태그 중간 부분의 좌상, 우상, 좌하 및 우하 부분의 구획이 다른 색상을 나타내는 것을 보여준다.
도 5는 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름이 큐알 코드와 함께 구현된 것을 나타낸 것으로, 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름에 지면을 기준으로 조사 각도만을 달리하여 빛을 조사했을 때 육안으로 확인되는 색상이 변하는 것을 보여준다.
도 6은 본 발명의 위변조 방지 필름이 구현된 것을 나타낸 것으로, 빛 또는 편광자에 의해 육안으로 확인되는 이미지가 변하는 것을 보여준다.

Claims (10)
- 빛을 조사하거나 또는 편광자를 이용하여 숨겨진 이미지 또는 색상을 인식할 수 있는 위변조 방지 필름에 있어서,
상기 위변조 방지 필름은 기재층 (10);
상기 기재층 상측에 적층된 디자인 인쇄층 (20);
상기 디자인 인쇄층 상측에 적층된 콜레스테릭 액정을 포함하는 편광층 (30); 및
상기 편광층의 상측에 위치하며, 나노 임프린팅된 패턴을 포함하는 섬광층 (40)을 포함하며, 지면을 기준으로 동일한 각도에서 빛의 조사 방향만을 달리했을 때 육안으로 확인되는 이미지 또는 색상(色相)이 변하도록 구성되거나, 지면을 기준으로 빛의 조사 각도만을 달리했을 때 육안으로 확인되는 이미지 또는 색상이 변하고,
상기 콜레스테릭 액정에는 보색성 형광염료가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는
위변조 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 빛은 사진 또는 동영상 촬영용 플래쉬에서 발생한 빛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 위변조 방지 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬광층의 적어도 일부분에 빛이 조사될 경우, 상기 섬광층 일부분에 조사되는 빛의 조사각도 또는 조사방향에 따라 2 종 이상의 색들이 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위변조 방지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬광층에 포함되는 각 패턴의 사이즈는 10㎛ 이하 또는 1000nm 이하 또는 500nm 이하이고, 상기 섬광층의 필름과 패턴층의 굴절률 차이는 1.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 위변조 방지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬광층의 두께가 편광층의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는, 위변조 방지 필름.
- 삭제
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 위변조 확인방법:
(a) 빛을 조사하거나 편광자를 이용할 경우 육안으로 이미지 또는 색상의 변화 여부를 확인할 수 있는 제1항 내지 제3항 어느 한 항의 위변조 방지 필름 및 큐알 코드를 포함하는 전자태그가 플래쉬가 동반된 휴대폰 카메라를 통해 촬영되고, 상기 휴대폰에 포함된 전자태그 인식부를 통해 상기 전자태그가 인식되는 단계;
(b) 상기 전자태그 인식부에 인식된 정보를 이용하여 위변조 여부에 대한 1차 인증절차가 진행되는 단계;
(c) 상기 카메라를 이용하여 촬영한 큐알 코드 이미지를 이용하여 위변조 여부에 대한 2차 인증절차가 진행되는 단계; 및
(d) 이미지 또는 색상 변화 여부를 이용하여 위변조 여부에 대한 3차 인증절차가 진행되는 단계. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 위변조 확인을 위해 조사되는 빛의 각도 또는 방향 정보가 상기 휴대폰의 디스플레이를 통해 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위변조 확인방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 인증절차는 상기 전자태그 인식, 상기 큐알 코드 이미지 및 상기 색상 변화 여부를 동시에 판독할 수 있는 전용 어플리케이션에 의해 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위변조 확인방법.
- 빛이 조사될 경우 육안으로 이미지 또는 색상의 변화 여부를 확인할 수 있는 제1항 내지 제3항 어느 한 항의 위변조 방지 필름 및 큐알 코드를 포함한 전자 태그를 촬영할 수 있는 위변조 확인용 어플리케이션에 있어서, 전자 태그 인식, 큐알 코드 이미지 및 색상 변화 여부를 동시에 판독할 수 있는 위변조 확인용 어플리케이션.
