- 표면 조화(粗化)된 금속 부재와, 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지 조성물에 의해 구성된 수지 부재가 접합하여 이루어지는 금속/수지 복합 구조체로서,
상기 금속 부재가 알루미늄, 구리, 마그네슘, 철, 티타늄 또는 그들을 함유하는 합금이고, 상기 금속 부재는 표면에 요철부를 갖고, 요철부의 간격은 볼록부로부터 인접하는 볼록부까지의 길이가 5nm 이상 700㎛ 이하이고, 요철부의 고저차는 50nm 이상 500㎛ 이하인 것과,
상기 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지 조성물이, 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지(A)와, 페놀 수지(B)를, 상기 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지(A) 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 페놀 수지(B)를 0.05∼20질량부의 범위에서 포함하는 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 것이고, 상기 페놀 수지(B)가 노볼락형 페놀 수지인 것

상기 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지 조성물이, 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지(A)와, 페놀 수지(B)를 필수 성분으로 하여 배합해서 이루어지고, 상기 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지(A) 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 페놀 수지(B)가 0.05∼20질량부의 범위이며, 상기 페놀 수지(B)가 노볼락형 페놀 수지인 것
을 특징으로 하는 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지 조성물. - 표면 조화된 금속 부재와, 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지 조성물에 의해 구성된 수지 부재가 접합하여 이루어지는 금속/수지 복합 구조체에 사용하는 수지 부재로서,
상기 금속 부재가 알루미늄, 구리, 마그네슘, 철, 티타늄 또는 그들을 함유하는 합금이고, 상기 금속 부재는 표면에 요철부를 갖고, 요철부의 간격은 볼록부로부터 인접하는 볼록부까지의 길이가 5nm 이상 700㎛ 이하이고, 요철부의 고저차는 50nm 이상 500㎛ 이하인 것과,
상기 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지 조성물이, 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지(A)와, 페놀 수지(B)를 필수 성분으로 하여 배합해서 이루어지고, 상기 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지(A) 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 페놀 수지(B)가 0.05∼20질량부의 범위이며, 상기 페놀 수지(B)가 노볼락형 페놀 수지인 것과,
상기 수지 부재가 폴리아릴렌설피드 수지 조성물을 용융 성형하여 얻어지는 것임
을 특징으로 하는 수지 부재.
