Claims (11)
- 에멀젼 타입의 PVB 수지 30 내지 80 중량부;
소포제를 포함하는 첨가제 1 내지 5 중량부; 및
잔부인 물을 포함하는 수성 용제;를 포함하는, 유리로부터 박리가 용이한 필러블 도료 조성물로서,
상기 PVB 수지는 분자량이 100,000 내지 210,000 g/mole이고, 입자 크기가 170 내지 240 ㎛이고,
상기 필러블 도료 조성물은 자외선 및 열 차단 효과를 가지는 무기소재를 더 포함하며,
상기 무기소재는 TiO2, SiO2 및 ZnO로 이루어진 군 중에서 하나 이상 선택되는, 100nm 이하의 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 및 열 차단용 필러블 도료 조성물.

소포제를 포함하는 첨가제 1 내지 5 중량부; 및
잔부인 물을 포함하는 수성 용제;를 포함하는, 유리로부터 박리가 용이한 필러블 도료 조성물로서,
상기 PVB 수지는 분자량이 100,000 내지 210,000 g/mole이고, 입자 크기가 170 내지 240 ㎛이고,
상기 필러블 도료 조성물은 10 내지 25 ㎛의 입자 크기를 가지는 SiO2, 탄산칼슘 및 황산 바륨으로 이루어진 군 중에서 하나 이상 선택되는 외부 시선 차단 효과를 가지는 무기소재를 더 포함하여 일정 이상 불투명도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 시선 차단용 필러블 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필러블 도료 조성물은 가시광선 차단 효과를 가지는 유색 안료를 더 포함하는 것을 하는 필러블 도료 조성물.

상기 필러블 도료 조성물은 증점제, 레벨링제, 습윤 분산제, 방부제 또는 동결방지제를 더 포함하며,
상기 수성 용제는 알코올류, 셀로솔부류 및 카비톨류로 이루어진 군 중 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필러블 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 필러블 도료 조성물이 유리에 도포되어 형성된 필러블 도료 도막.
- 제1항에 따른 필러블 도료 조성물이 유리에 도포되어 형성된 자외선 및 열 차단용 필러블 도료 도막.
- 제4항에 따른 필러블 도료 조성물이 유리에 도포되어 형성된 외부 시선 차단용 필러블 도료 도막.
- 제5항에 따른 필러블 도료 조성물이 유리에 도포되어 형성된 가시광선 차단용 필러블 도료 도막.
