本发明公开了一种具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,包括按重量份计的如下组分:涂料组合物90份、防指纹助剂0.1~0.5份、防红外助剂8~12份、增透助剂5~10份;所述涂料组合物由按照重量份计的如下组分经聚合反应后得到:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物10~30份、丙烯酸酯类单体5~10份、光引发剂0.5~10份、溶剂10~90份,其中,所述丙烯酸酯类单体选自季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、三羟基甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、己二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基戊二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。本发明还提供了由所述多功能组合物制成的多功能膜。本发明的具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,经过一次涂布即同时具备防红外、防指纹和增透的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防红外功能的多功能组合物及多功能膜。
背景技术
目前很多建筑都会使用玻璃幕墙,不仅透光性好,而且使得建筑整体显得美观大气。但是在炎热的夏季,由于玻璃幕墙无法阻挡阳光,阳光会直射建筑物内部,使得建筑内温度迅速上升。因此,长期以来,一直在研究使建筑玻璃具备反射红外线的功能。
现有技术中,可以在玻璃基板的表面上设置红外线反射涂层,从而构成红外线反射玻璃;也可以在玻璃基板中添加稀土元素成分,从而使玻璃基板本身具备反射红外线的功能。但是,以上种种防红外玻璃多用于商业住宅的玻璃防光,且基本上为有色玻璃,不但制备工艺复杂,而且制作成本高,限制了其进一步的应用。
在玻璃上贴一层防红外薄膜,赋予普通玻璃以防红外的功能,是一种行之有效的做法。这种方式不仅使用方便,且成本低廉,大大降低了现有的商业住宅升级防红外玻璃的成本;另外,该防红外薄膜更换容易,方便升级换代;不仅如此,该薄膜还可做成多功能薄膜,例如防红外、增透、防指纹等功能,从而进一步提升玻璃的功能性。
目前,对于多功能薄膜的制备,主要针对薄膜结构的调整,例如一般通过双面结构或者多层结构来实现多功能,即通过多层涂布的方式,每层实现一种功能。这种方式不仅使得涂布工艺繁琐、损耗和浪费严重,而且会增加薄膜的厚度,影响功能的实现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,该多功能组合物经过一次涂布即同时具备防红外、防指纹和增透的效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,包括按重量份计的如下组分:涂料组合物90份、防指纹助剂0.1~0.5份、防红外助剂8~12份、增透助剂5~10份;
所述涂料组合物由按照重量份计的如下组分经聚合反应后得到:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物10~30份、丙烯酸酯类单体5~10份、光引发剂0.5~10份、溶剂50~80份;其中,所述丙烯酸酯类单体选自季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、三羟基甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、己二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基戊二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述防红外助剂为二氧化锡掺杂改性纳米粉体、铟锑氧化物以及它们的混合物中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述防红外助剂为掺铟二氧化锡和/或掺锑二氧化锡。
进一步地,所述增透助剂为二氧化钛、二氧化硅以及它们的改性纳米粉体中的一种或多种。本发明中,所述增透助剂不仅能够提高涂层的透过率,而且二氧化钛、二氧化硅粉体还能够提高涂层的的硬度和耐刮擦性能。
进一步地,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、异丙醇或它们的混合物。
进一步地,所述光引发剂为2-羟基-甲基苯基丙烷-1-酮(光引发剂173)、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮(光引发剂184)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(光引发剂TPO)或苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦(光引发剂819)。
本发明还提供了一种多功能膜,包括基材以及涂敷在所述基材上的、前述的多功能组合物涂层。
进一步地,所述基材可使用本领域公开已知的任何基材,优选为PET基材。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明通过在涂料组合物中加入特定含量的防红外助剂、防指纹助剂和增透助剂,通过一次涂布,即实现了防指纹、耐刮和防红外的多种功能,可以广泛地应用。
2.本发明的多功能组合物涂层具有耐刮的效果,同时该涂层由于本身具有防指纹助剂,可以有效防止指纹在薄膜表面留下脏污;另外该涂层含有红外助剂,可以有效阻隔红外线;而且使用纳米二氧化钛或二氧化硅提高了涂层的透过率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
合成例1
按照聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物20份、季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯4份、乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯3份、2-羟基-甲基苯基丙烷-1-酮(光引发剂173)3份的比例,将上述组分加入反应釜中,加入60份乙酸乙酯,60℃下聚合反应5小时,得到所述涂料组合物。
实施例1-4
按照表1的配方,将涂料组合物、防红外助剂、防指纹助剂和增透助剂混合均匀,即得到所述多功能组合物。其中,二氧化锡A指的是市售的掺铟二氧化锡,二氧化锡B指的是市售的掺锑二氧化锡。

物理性能测试
使用逗号刮刀工艺将多功能组合物涂布在PET的电晕面,在40-100℃预烘3分钟,然后使用300mj/cm2~1000mj/cm2的UV能量进行固化,保证外观无气泡、无明显杂质点,即得到多功能膜。
涂层厚度测试参照GB/T 7125-2014《胶粘带厚度的试验方法》;透过率和红外阻隔率数据来源于“太阳膜测试仪”;水滴角测试参照GB/T 30693-2014《塑料薄膜与水滴角的测量》;百格附着测试评价标准参照GB/T9286-88。
以上测试所得结果如表2所示。

从表2中可以看出,当涂层厚度为3μm时,本发明实施例1-4的多功能膜的红外阻隔率均超过39%,透过率均超过80%,显示出了良好的防红外性能和透光性能。同时该多功能膜的水滴角均超过103°,显示出疏水性,能够有效地防止指纹。当涂层厚度为7μm时,红外阻隔率大大提升,达到了85%以上,但透过率有所下降,但也超过了65%。因此可以根据不同的应用场景,选择不同的涂层厚度,以达到透光率与红外阻隔率需求的平衡。

1.一种具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的如下组分:涂料组合物90份、防指纹助剂0.1~0.5份、防红外助剂8~12份、增透助剂5~10份;
所述涂料组合物由按照重量份计的如下组分经聚合反应后得到:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物10~30份、丙烯酸酯类单体5~10份、光引发剂0.5~10份、溶剂10~90份;其中,所述丙烯酸酯类单体选自季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、三羟基甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、己二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基戊二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述防指纹助剂为全氟共聚物、含氟共聚物或者含氟功能性单体。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述防红外助剂为二氧化锡掺杂改性纳米粉体、铟锑氧化物以及它们的混合物中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述防红外助剂为掺铟二氧化锡和/或掺锑二氧化锡。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述增透助剂为二氧化钛、二氧化硅以及它们的改性纳米粉体中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、异丙醇或它们的混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有防红外功能的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述光引发剂为2-羟基-甲基苯基丙烷-1-酮、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦或苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦。
8.一种多功能膜,其特征在于,包括基材以及涂敷在所述基材上的、如权利要求1-7任一项所述的多功能组合物涂层。
