Claims (8)
- 외층과 내층이 용착(溶着) 일체화되어 이루어지는 압연용 복합 롤로서,
상기 외층이, 질량 기준으로 1∼3%의 C, 0.3∼3%의 Si, 0.1∼3%의 Mn, 0.1∼5%의 Ni, 1∼7%의 Cr, 1∼8%의 Mo, 4∼7%의 V, 0.005∼0.15%의 N, 및 0.05∼0.2%의 B를 함유하고, 잔부가 실질적으로 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 Fe기 합금로 이루어지고,
상기 내층이, 질량 기준으로 2.4∼3.6%의 C, 1.5∼3.5%의 Si, 0.1∼2%의 Mn, 0.1∼2%의 Ni, 0.7% 미만의 Cr, 0.7% 미만의 Mo, 0.05∼1%의 V, 및 0.01∼0.1%의 Mg를 함유하고, 잔부가 실질적으로 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 흑연주철로 이루어지고,
상기 내층이 상기 외층에 용착한 몸통심(body core)부와, 상기 몸통심부의 양단으로부터 일체적으로 연장되는 축부를 가지고, 상기 축부 중 적어도 한쪽이 5㎛ 이상의 원 상당 직경을 가지는 경질 MC 탄화물을 200개/㎠ 이상 함유하는,
압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외층이 0.1∼3 질량%의 Nb를 더 함유하고, 또한 상기 내층이 0.5 질량% 미만의 Nb를 더 함유하는, 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외층이 0.1∼5 질량%의 W를 더 함유하고, 상기 내층이 0.7 질량% 미만의 W를 더 함유하는, 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외층이 0.3 질량% 이하의 S를 더 함유하는, 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 외층이, 질량 기준으로 0.1∼10%의 Co, 0.01∼0.5%의 Zr, 0.005∼0.5%의 Ti, 및 0.001∼0.5%의 Al로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 더 함유하는, 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항에 기재된 압연용 복합 롤을 제조하는 방법으로서,
(1) 회전하는 원심 주조용 원통형 주형으로 상기 외층을 원심 주조한 후,
(2) 상기 외층의 내면 온도가 950℃ 이상 1000℃ 미만일 때 상기 외층의 캐비티에 1330∼1400℃의 상기 내층용 용탕(溶湯)을 주입(鑄入)하고, 상기 외층의 내면을 두께 10∼30㎜만큼 재용융시키는,
압연용 복합 롤의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 내층용 용탕을 주입할 때의 상기 외층의 내면 온도가 960∼990℃인, 압연용 복합 롤의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 내층용 용탕이, 질량 기준으로 2.5∼3.6%의 C, 1.7∼3.3%의 Si, 0.1∼1.5%의 Mn, 0.1∼2%의 Ni, 0∼0.5%의 Cr, 0∼0.5%의 Mo, 및 0.01∼0.1%의 Mg를 함유하고, 잔부가 실질적으로 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물인 조성을 가지는, 압연용 복합 롤의 제조 방법.
