Claims (11)
- 반도체 장치로서,
발광 패널; 및
렌즈를 포함하는 카메라를 포함하고,
상기 발광 패널 및 상기 렌즈는 기판의 동일 측 위에 있고,
상기 발광 패널은 디스플레이에 사용되고,
상기 발광 패널은 상기 카메라의 플래시에 사용되고,
상기 발광 패널은 터치 패널을 포함하고,
상기 플래시는 면 발광이고,
상기 면 발광의 면적은 5cm2 이상 200cm2 이하인, 반도체 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발광 패널은 지지 기판 및 상기 지지 기판 위에 평면적으로 넓어지는 발광 소자를 포함하고,
상기 발광 소자는 지지 기판 측의 제1 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 중첩되는 제2 전극, 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이의 EL층을 포함하는, 반도체 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발광 패널은 곡면, 플렉시블성을 갖는 지지 기판, 및 상기 지지 기판 위에 평면적으로 넓어지는 발광 소자를 포함하고,
상기 발광 소자는 지지 기판 측의 제1 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 중첩되는 제2 전극, 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이의 EL층을 포함하는, 반도체 장치. - 제1항에 따른 반도체 장치를 포함하는 휴대 전화.
- 반도체 장치로서,
발광 패널; 및
렌즈를 포함하는 카메라를 포함하고,
상기 렌즈는 상기 발광 패널에 의해 둘러싸이고,
상기 발광 패널 및 상기 렌즈는 기판의 동일 측 위에 있고,
상기 발광 패널은 디스플레이에 사용되고,
상기 발광 패널은 상기 카메라의 플래시에 사용되고,
상기 발광 패널은 터치 패널을 포함하고,
상기 플래시는 면 발광이고,
