Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 전지 셀을 포함하는 셀 조립체,
상기 셀 조립체의 일면을 커버하고, 적어도 하나의 모서리에 힌지핀을 갖는 상부 플레이트, 및
상기 셀 조립체의 일면과 이웃하는 타면을 커버하고, 상기 힌지핀과 결합하는 힌지 결합부를 포함하여 상기 상부 플레이트와 결합되는 버스바 프레임을 포함하고,
상기 힌지 결합부는 상기 힌지핀이 안착되는 힌지핀 안착부 및 상기 힌지핀을 완전히 덮는 힌지핀 커버부를 포함하고,
상기 힌지핀 및 힌지 결합부 중 어느 하나는 결합 돌기부를 포함하고, 나머지 하나는 상기 결합 돌기부에 대응하는 결합 홈부를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 결합 홈부는 메인 결합 홈부 및 상기 메인 결합 홈부와 이격된 예비 결합 홈부를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제3항에서,
상기 힌지핀은 상기 결합 돌기부를 포함하고, 상기 힌지 결합부는 상기 메인 결합 홈부 및 상기 예비 결합 홈부를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제4항에서,
상기 힌지 결합부는 단면 형상이 원형이고, 상기 메인 결합 홈부와 상기 예비 결합 홈부의 이격 거리는 상기 원형의 원호의 1/4 이하인 전지 모듈. - 제3항에서,
상기 힌지 결합부에 의해 상기 버스바 프레임은 상기 상부 플레이트에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 전지 모듈. - 제6항에서,
상기 결합 돌기부와 상기 메인 결합 홈부의 결합에 의해 상기 버스바 프레임의 회동이 제한되는 전지 모듈. - 제6항에서,
상기 결합 돌기부와 상기 메인 결합 홈부가 결합된 상태에서 상기 버스바 프레임은 상기 상부 플레이트와 수직하게 결합되는 전지 모듈. - 제6항에서,
상기 결합 돌기부와 상기 예비 결합 홈부가 결합된 예비 결합 상태에서 상기 셀 조립체가 상기 상부 플레이트 하부에 안착되고, 상기 버스바 프레임이 회동하여 상기 버스바 프레임이 상기 셀 조립체의 일면을 덮도록 조립되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 힌지핀 안착부와 상기 힌지핀 커버부는 스냅 핏(snap fit) 구조에 의해 결합되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 상부 플레이트의 상면에 형성된 연성 인쇄 회로 기판(FPCB)를 더 포함하고,
상기 연성 인쇄 회로 기판은 상기 힌지 결합부에 이웃하여 상기 상부 플레이트의 일면으로부터 상기 힌지 결합부에 이웃하는 일변을 지나 상기 버스바 프레임의 일면까지 연장되어 형성되는 전지 모듈. - 제3항에서,
상기 힌지 결합부는 상기 결합 돌기부를 포함하고, 상기 힌지핀은 상기 메인 결합 홈부 및 상기 예비 결합 홈부를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제12항에서,
상기 힌지핀은 단면 형상이 원형이고, 상기 메인 결합 홈부와 상기 예비 결합 홈부의 이격 거리는 상기 원형의 원호의 1/4 이하인 전지 모듈. - 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈; 및
상기 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈을 패키징하는 팩 케이스
를 포함하는 전지 팩. - 제14항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전지 팩을 포함하는 디바이스.
