지방족 C2-C9 알데하이드를 무기 염기의 존재 하에서 폼알데하이드와 반응시키는 제1 공정 단계, 반응 용액의 후처리 없이, 상기 제1 공정 단계로부터의 상기 반응 용액을 상기 제1 공정 단계로부터의 알데하이드가 아닌 적어도 1종의 지방족 C2-C9 알데하이드를 첨가하여 추가로 전환시키는 제2 공정 단계를 특징으로 하는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정 단계에서, 2번 위치에서 분지화되지 않은 지방족 C2-C9 알데하이드를 반응시키고, 상기 제2 공정 단계에서, 상기 2번 위치에서 분지화된 지방족 C2-C9 알데하이드를 반응시키는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정 단계에서 사용되는 상기 알데하이드는 n-프로판알, n-부탄알, 발레르알데하이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 제2 공정 단계에서 사용되는 상기 알데하이드는 i-부탄알인, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정 단계 및 상기 제2 공정 단계는 10℃ 이상 내지 105℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정 단계에서, 무기 염기가 상기 반응 용액에 더 첨가되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 동일한 무기 염기가 상기 제1 공정 단계 및 상기 제2 공정 단계에서 사용되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 염기는 NaOH, KOH, Ca(OH)2 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 공정 단계에서 무기 염기 대 지방족 알데하이드의 몰비는 1:1 이상 내지 1.6:1 이하인, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폼알데하이드는 5중량% 이상 내지 50중량% 이하의 폼알데하이드 함량을 갖는 수성 폼알데하이드 용액의 형태로 상기 제1 공정 단계에서 첨가되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정 단계에서 폼알데하이드 대 지방족 알데하이드의 몰비는 3.1:1 이상 내지 12:1 이하이고, 상기 제2 공정 단계에서 폼알데하이드 대 지방족 알데하이드의 몰비는 2.1:1 이상 내지 7:1 이하인, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폼알데하이드는 상기 제1 공정 단계에서만 첨가되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정 단계 및/또는 상기 제2 공정 단계에서 적어도 1종의 반응물의 첨가는 단계식으로 달성되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정 단계에서 상기 지방족 알데하이드는 상기 반응 혼합물에 단계식으로 첨가되는, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정 단계의 마지막에 상기 반응 혼합물 중의 지방족 C2-C9 알데하이드의 전환율은 50% 이상인, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 공정 단계에서 단위 반응기 부피 및 시간당 상기 반응물 부피 처리량(V/Vh)은 0.3 이상 내지 4.0 이하인, 적어도 2종의 상이한 폴리올을 동시에 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
