Claims (11)
- 픽셀들이 매트릭스 형태로 배치된 픽셀 어레이;
각각 다수의 상기 픽셀들과 연결된 다수의 터치 센서 블록들;
기수 번째 터치 센서 블록들과 우수 번째 터치 센서 블록들로 분할하여 상기 터치 센서 블록들에 연결되는 터치 검사 패드부; 및
기수 번째 블록들과 우수 번째 블록들에 공통으로 연결된 화상 검사 패드부를 포함하고,
상기 터치 검사 패드부는,
제1 공통전압을 인가받는 제1 터치 검사 패드,
상기 제1 공통전압과 다른 전압 레벨의 제2 공통전압을 인가받는 제2 터치 검사 패드, 및
터치 검사 신호에 응답하여, 상기 제1 터치 검사 패드와 상기 기수 번째 터치 센서 블록을 연결하고, 상기 제2 터치 검사 패드와 상기 우수 번째 터치 센서 블록을 연결하는 제1 스위치부를 포함하고,
상기 화상 검사 패드부는,
상기 제1 공통전압 또는 상기 제2 공통전압과 같은 제3 공통전압을 인가받는 화상 검사 배선,
상기 화상 검사 배선의 일단에 연결되고 상기 제3 공통전압을 인가받는 제1 화상 검사 패드,
상기 화상 검사 배선의 타단에 연결되고, 상기 제3 공통전압을 인가받는 제2 화상 검사 패드, 및
화상 검사 신호에 응답하여, 상기 제1 및 제2 화상 검사 패드부를 통해서 인가받는 상기 제3 공통전압을 상기 기수 터치 센서 블록들과 상기 우수 터치 센서 블록들에 공급하는 제2 스위치부를 포함하는 터치 센서 내장형 표시패널. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 검사 신호는 터치 센서 블록 단선 검사기간 동안 상기 제1 스위치부에 인가되는 터치 센서 내장형 표시패널. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 센서 블록 검사기간 동안 상기 제1 공통전압 및 제2 공통전압은 다른 전압레벨을 유지하는 터치 센서 내장형 표시패널. - 삭제

상기 화상 검사 신호는 상기 픽셀 어레이의 화상 검사기간 동안에 상기 제2 스위치부에 인가되는 터치 센서 내장형 표시패널. - 삭제
- 픽셀들이 매트릭스 형태로 배치된 픽셀 어레이 및 각각 다수의 상기 픽셀들과 연결된 다수의 터치 센서 블록들을 포함하는 표시패널의 검사 방법으로서,
터치 센서 블록 검사 기간 동안, 상기 터치 센서 블록들 중에서 기수 번째 터치 센서 블록들에 제1 공통전압을 인가하고, 우수 번째 터치 센서 블록들에 상기 제1 공통전압과 다른 전압 레벨의 제2 공통전압을 인가하는 단계;
상기 터치 센서 블록 검사 기간 동안, 상기 기수 번째 터치 센서 블록들 및 우수 번째 터치 센서 블록들에 배치된 상기 픽셀들에 동일한 데이터전압을 인가하는 단계;
픽셀 어레이 검사기간 동안, 상기 터치 센서 블록들 각각에 동일한 공통전압을 인가하는 단계; 및
상기 픽셀 어레이 검사기간 동안, 상기 터치 센서 블록들에 배치된 상기 픽셀들 각각에 데이터전압을 인가하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 픽셀 어레이 검사기간은 상기 제1 공통전압 또는 상기 제2 공통전압과 같은 제3 공통전압을 인가받는 화상 검사 배선, 상기 화상 검사 배선의 일단에 연결되고 상기 제3 공통전압을 인가받는 제1 화상 검사 패드, 상기 화상 검사 배선의 타단에 연결되고, 상기 제3 공통전압을 인가받는 제2 화상 검사 패드, 및 화상 검사 신호에 응답하여, 상기 제1 및 제2 화상 검사 패드부를 통해서 인가받는 상기 제3 공통전압을 상기 기수 터치 센서 블록들과 상기 우수 터치 센서 블록들에 공급하는 제2 스위치부에 의해 이루어지는 터치 센서 내장형 표시패널의 검사방법. - 삭제
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 센서 블록 검사 기간 동안, 상기 제1 및 제2 공통전압은 일정 주기 단위로 전압레벨이 스윙되는 터치 센서 내장형 표시패널의 검사방법.
