Description
Claims (15)
- 기판, 및 적어도 하기 성분을 반응시킴으로써 수득가능한 폴리우레탄우레아를 포함하는 접촉-접착제 제품으로서:
A) ≥ 1.8 및 ≤ 2.6의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 성분,
B) 중합체성 폴리에테르폴리올 성분,
C) 이온성 또는 이온생성 기를 전혀 갖지 않는 아미노-관능성 화합물 C1) 및/또는 이온성 또는 이온생성 기를 갖는 아미노-관능성 화합물 C2)를 적어도 함유하는, 적어도 2개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 아미노 기를 갖는 아미노-관능성 사슬 연장제 성분,
D) 임의로, C2)와는 상이한 추가의 친수성화 성분,
E) 임의로, 62 내지 399 mol/g의 분자량을 갖는 히드록시-관능성 화합물,
F) 임의로, B)와는 상이한 적어도 하나의 추가의 중합체성 폴리올,
G) 정확히 1개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 갖는 화합물 또는 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 갖는 화합물이며, 여기서 이소시아네이트-반응성 기 중 단지 1개만이, 선택되는 반응 조건 하에 반응 혼합물에 존재하는 이소시아네이트 기와 반응하는 것인 화합물, 및
H) > 2.6 및 ≤ 4의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 성분,
여기서 성분 B) 및 F)는 함께, 성분 B) 및 F)의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여, ≤ 30 중량%의 성분 F)를 함유하고, 성분 G) 대 성분 H)의 몰비는 5:1 내지 1:5인
접촉-접착제 제품. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 및/또는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜) 폴리에테르폴리올 (예컨대 HO-(CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-O)x-H)을 함유하거나 또는 그로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜) 폴리에테르폴리올의 혼합물을 함유하거나 또는 그로 이루어지며, 여기서 폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜) 폴리에테르폴리올은 그의 수-평균 분자량에서 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 D)가 비이온성 친수성화 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
폴리우레탄우레아가, 성분 A), B) 및 임의로 D) 및/또는 C2), 및 임의로 화합물 E) 및/또는 H)로부터 이소시아네이트-관능성 폴리우레탄 예비중합체 a)를 제조함으로써 수득가능하고,
이어서 그의 유리 NCO 기가 아미노-관능성 사슬-연장제 성분 C), 및 또한 성분 G) 및 임의로 성분 D) 및 H)와 완전히 또는 부분적으로 반응되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 제품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄우레아가 무정형이고, DIN EN 61006, 방법 A에 따라 동적 시차 열량측정에 의해 결정된 Tg ≤ -25℃를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기판이 DIN EN ISO 13934-1에 따라 결정된 100 내지 500 N의 최대 인장력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플라스터, 드레싱, 테이프 또는 밴디지, 또는 적어도 이들 최종 제품의 구성성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 바와 같은 접촉-접착제 제품을 제조하는 방법:
I) 폴리우레탄우레아를 수성 폴리우레탄우레아 분산액 형태로 기판에 적용하는 단계 및
II) 처리된 기판을 온도 ≥ 20℃ 및 ≤ 200℃에서 열적으로 건조시키는 단계. - 적어도 하기 성분을 반응시킴으로써 수득가능한 폴리우레탄우레아로서:
A) ≥ 1.8 및 ≤ 2.6의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 성분,
B) 중합체성 폴리에테르폴리올 성분,
C) 이온성 또는 이온생성 기를 전혀 갖지 않는 아미노-관능성 화합물 C1) 및/또는 이온성 또는 이온생성 기를 갖는 아미노-관능성 화합물 C2)를 적어도 함유하는, 적어도 2개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 아미노 기를 갖는 아미노-관능성 사슬 연장제 성분,
D) 임의로, C2)와는 상이한 추가의 친수성화 성분,
E) 임의로, 62 내지 399 mol/g의 분자량을 갖는 히드록시-관능성 화합물,
F) 임의로, B)와는 상이한 추가의 중합체성 폴리올,
G) 정확히 1개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 갖는 화합물 또는 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 갖는 화합물이며, 여기서 이소시아네이트-반응성 기 중 단지 1개만이, 선택되는 반응 조건 하에 반응 혼합물에 존재하는 이소시아네이트 기와 반응하는 것인 화합물, 및

- 제11항에 청구된 바와 같은 폴리우레탄우레아 또는 제12항에 청구된 바와 같은 접착제에 의해 2종 이상의 기판을 접합시킴으로써 생성된 대상물.
- 제11항에 청구된 바와 같은 폴리우레탄우레아를 포함하는 수성 분산액.
