Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 난연성 중합체 조성물로서,
a) 열경화성 또는 열가소성 중합체;
b) 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 화합물을 200℃ 내지 400℃의 온도에서 0.01시간 내지 20시간동안 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 상기 중합체에 혼입되기 전에 상기 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 화합물을 열 전환하여 얻은, 상기 난연성 중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1중량% 내지 50중량%의 난연성 물질; 및
[화학식 I]
(상기 화학식 I에서, R은 C1-12 알킬, C6-10 아릴, C7-18 알킬아릴, 또는 C7-18 아릴알킬이고, 상기 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬은 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 히드록실, 아미노, C1-4 알킬아미노, 디-C1-4 알킬아미노, C1-4 알콕시, 카르복시 또는 C2-5 알콕시카르보닐에 의해 치환되고,
M은 금속이고,
y는 1 내지 4의 수이며, 이에 따라 M(+)y는 금속 양이온이며 여기서 (+)y는 양이온에 형식적으로 부여된 전하를 나타내고,

c) 히드로탈사이트 클레이, 금속 붕산염, 금속 산화물 및 금속 수산화물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물
을 포함하는 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 붕산염, 금속 산화물 및 금속 수산화물의 금속이 아연 또는 칼슘인, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
d) 할로겐화 난연제, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스핀 옥시드 난연제, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스페이트 난연제, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스포네이트, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스피네이트, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스핀산의 염, 카본 블랙, 흑연, 탄소 나노튜브, 실리콘; 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 멜라민, 멜라민 유도체, 멜라민 축합 생성물, 멜라민 염, 금속 수산화물, 금속 산화물, 금속 산화물 수화물 및 금속 붕산염(여기서, 상기 금속은 아연 또는 칼슘 이외임), 탄산염, 황산염, 황화물, 포스페이트, 포스파이트, 카르복실산염, 하이포포스파이트, 실리케이트 및 혼합된 금속 염으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 추가의 난연제, 하나 이상의 상승제 및/또는, 하나 이상의 난연성 보조제를 포함하는, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
d)가 할로겐화 난연제, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스핀 옥시드 난연제, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스페이트 난연제, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스포네이트, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스피네이트, 알킬 또는 아릴 포스핀산의 염, 카본 블랙, 흑연, 탄소 나노튜브, 실리콘; 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 멜라민, 멜라민 유도체, 멜라민 축합 생성물 또는 멜라민 염 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 난연성 물질 b)는,
i) 하나 이상의 포스폰 산 화합물을 하나 이상의 금속 화합물로 처리하여, R 및/또는 M에 대한 복수의 값을 포함하는 화학식 I에 상응하는 중간 염 복합체를 수득한 다음, 200℃ 내지 400℃의 온도에서 0.01시간 내지 20시간 동안 중간 염 복합체를 가열하여, 중간 염 복합체를 제조하는 단계; 또는
ii) R 및/또는 M에 대해 상이한 값을 갖는 둘 이상의 개별적인 화학식 I의 금속 포스폰산염을 배합한 다음, 200℃ 내지 400℃의 온도에서 0.01시간 내지 20시간동안 균질한(intimate) 염 혼합물을 가열하여, 균질한(intimate) 염 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 또는
iii) R 및/또는 M에 대해 상이한 값을 가짐으로써 상이한, 둘 이상의 별도의 화학식 I의 금속 포스폰산염을 200℃ 내지 400℃의 온도에서 0.01시간 내지 20시간 동안 가열하여, 이후에 함께 혼합되는 각각의 난연성 물질을 형성하고, 이후에 함께 혼합하여 배합된 난연성 물질을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법에 의해 얻어지는, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
화학식 I의 M이 Li, K, Na, Mg, Ca, Ba, Zn, Zr, B, Al, Si, Ti, Sn 또는 Sb인, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
화학식 I의 M이 Al 또는 Ca인, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
화학식 I의 R이 치환되지않은 C1-6 알킬, C6 아릴, C7-10 알킬아릴 또는 C7-12 아릴알킬인, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 R이 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 벤질 또는 페닐인, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 또는 열가소성 중합체가 폴리올레핀 단일중합체, 폴리올레핀 공중합체, 고무, 에폭시 수지, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리설폰, 폴리이미드, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 스티렌계 중합체, 스티렌계 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 아크릴계 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리아세탈, 생분해성 중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 또는 열가소성 중합체가 스티렌계 중합체, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 에폭시 수지, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리우레탄 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 또는 열가소성 중합체가 강화제를 추가로 포함하는, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 또는 열가소성 중합체가 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 유리충전된 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 유리충전된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 유리강화된 에폭시 수지, 열가소성 폴리아미드 또는 유리충전된 열가소성 폴리아미드를 포함하는, 난연성 중합체 조성물. - 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 화합물을 200℃ 내지 400℃의 온도에서 0.01시간 내지 20시간동안 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 중합체 수지에 혼입되기 전에 상기 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 화합물을 열 전환하여 얻은, 난연성 중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1중량% 내지 50중량%의 난연성 물질, 및 히드로탈사이트 클레이, 금속 붕산염, 금속 산화물 및 금속 수산화물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 중합체 수지에 첨가하는 단계; 및
