Claims (8)
- A) 술폰산형 양이온 교환수지를 촉매로하여 페놀과 아세톤을 축합반응시켜 비스페놀A를 제조하는 단계;
B) 상기 축합반응 후 생성된 반응 혼합물로부터 미반응 아세톤, 미반응 페놀의 일부 및 물을 제거하는 농축단계;
C) 상기 B)단계로부터 생성된 농축액으로부터 비스페놀A와 페놀의 어덕트(adduct)를 결정화한 후 모액과 분리하는 단계;
D) 상기 C)단계에서 분리된 모액을 A)단계 또는 B)단계의 공정에 재순환 시키는 단계;
E) 상기 C)단계에서 결정화된 어덕트를 용융하는 단계;
F) 상기 용융액으로부터 페놀을 회수 하는 단계; 및
G) 비스페놀A를 프릴화하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 B), C)단계들 중 어느 하나 이상의 단계의 전단에 약염기성 음이온교환수지에 의한 흡착 단계를 실시하여 상기 술폰산형 양이온 교환수지로부터 유출되는 술폰산의 양을 제어하고,
상기 B), C), E), F)단계의 전단에서의 비스페놀A의 농도는 반응물 전체 중량에 대해 15 중량% 이상이고,

상기 술폰산형 양이온교환수지로부터 유출되는 술폰산의 양을 0.5ppm 이하로 제어하는 것인 비스페놀A의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 술폰산형 양이온교환수지로부터 유출되는 술폰산이 설포베조산(sulfobenzoic acid) 및 페놀술폰산(phenol sulfonic acid) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 비스페놀A의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 약염기성 음이온교환수지에 의한 흡착단계는 회분식 반응 또는 고정상 연속반응으로 수행되는 것인 비스페놀A의 제조방법. - 제1항, 제3항, 제5항, 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조되어 APHA 색상이 15 이하인 비스페놀A.
