Claims (11)
- 금속 기재; 및
상기 금속 기재의 적어도 일면 상에 위치하는 촉매층을 포함하고,
상기 촉매층은 루테늄, 이리듐, 티타늄 및 플래티넘의 복합 금속 산화물을 포함하고,
상기 복합 금속 산화물 내 금속은 팔라듐을 포함하지 않는 것이며,
상기 촉매층을 복수개의 픽셀로 균등 분할하였을 때, 상기 균등 분할한 복수개의 픽셀 간 이리듐의 조성의 표준편차는 0.4 이하이며,
상기 분할된 복수개의 픽셀 간 이리듐의 조성의 평균 값에 대한 이리듐의 조성의 표준편차의 값(표준편차/평균)은 0.05 내지 0.15이고,
상기 복합 금속 산화물은
상기 복합 금속 산화물 내 금속 성분들의 총 몰에 대하여,
상기 루테늄 20 내지 35 몰%;
상기 이리듐 10 내지 25 몰%;
상기 티타늄 35 내지 60 몰%; 및
상기 플래티넘 2 내지 20 몰%로 포함하는 것인 전기분해용 양극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이리듐의 조성의 표준편차는 0.30 이하인 것인 전기분해용 양극.

상기 촉매층은 상기 촉매층의 단위면적(㎡) 당 루테늄을 7.0 g 이상 포함하는 것인 전기분해용 양극.

- 금속 기재의 적어도 일면 상에 촉매층 형성용 조성물을 도포, 건조 및 열처리하는 코팅단계를 포함하고,
상기 도포는 정전기 분무 증착법을 통하여 수행하며,
상기 촉매층 형성용 조성물은 루테늄계 화합물, 이리듐계 화합물, 티타늄계 화합물 및 플래티넘계 화합물을 포함하는 것인 청구항 1의 전기분해용 양극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제조방법은 촉매층 형성용 조성물을 코팅시키기 전에 금속 기재를 전처리하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 전처리는 금속 기재를 화학적 식각, 블라스팅 또는 열 용사하여 상기 금속 기재 표면에 요철을 형성시키는 것인 전기분해용 양극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 촉매층 형성용 조성물은 알코올계 용매를 더 포함하는 것인 전기분해용 양극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 코팅은 금속 기재 단위 면적(㎡) 당 루테늄 기준으로 7.0 g의 양이 되도록 도포, 건조 및 열처리를 순차적으로 반복하여 수행하는 것인 전기분해용 양극의 제조방법.
