도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동 긴급 제동장치에서의 보상 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동 긴급 제동장치의 제어방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동 긴급 제동장치의 제어방법에서 제어 목표타겟을 설정하는 과정을 보다 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.

Claims (12)
- 차량 전방의 제어 목표타겟을 탐색하여 물체정보를 감지하는 전방센서부;
상기 차량이 주행하는 노면상태와 주행환경을 예측하기 위해 차량상태 및 주변상태를 감지하는 보상조건 감지부;
상기 차량을 제동시키기 위해 제동력을 발생시키는 제동부;
상기 차량의 제동시 작동상태를 알리는 경고 작동부; 및
상기 전방센서부로부터 감지한 물체정보에 기초하여 충돌여부를 판단하여 제동력과 제동시점을 산출하고, 상기 보상조건 감지부로부터 감지된 상기 차량상태로부터 예측된 상기 노면상태와 상기 주행환경에 따라 산출된 상기 제동력과 상기 제동시점을 조정하여 제동명령을 상기 제동부에 출력하며, 상기 제동명령에 따라 상기 경고 작동부를 통해 작동상태를 알리는 제어부;를 포함하되,
상기 제동부는,
상기 제동명령에 따라 브레이크를 작동시켜 제동력을 발생시키는 제동시스템부; 및
상기 제동명령에 따라 엔진브레이크를 작동시키고 가속추진력을 제거하는 엔진시스템부를 포함하여 협조 제어하고,
상기 물체정보는, 상기 제어 목표타겟과의 상대거리, 속도, 가속도 및 물체 속성 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하며,
상기 경고 작동부는,
경고음을 출력하는 알람부; 경고표시를 출력하는 표시부; 및 시트벨트의 착용상태를 상기 제어부에 제공하며 상기 제동명령에 따라 시트벨트를 당겨 작동시키는 능동형 시트벨트부;를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 전방센서부의 복수 센서에서 제공되는 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 설정수준 이상인지 판단하여 자동 긴급제동 제어를 위한 퓨전트랙을 생성하고, 상기 퓨전트랙을 생성한 후 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되는지 판단하여 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되지 않는 경우 단일 센서에 의한 신뢰도가 높은지 판단하여 설정시간 이내 상기 타겟정보가 회복되는지 판단하고, 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되거나 설정시간 이내 상기 타겟정보가 회복되는 경우 상기 퓨전트랙에 의해 상기 제어 목표타겟을 설정하며, 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되지 않고 단일 센서에 의한 신뢰도가 낮으며 설정시간 이내 상기 타겟정보가 회복되지 않은 경우 상기 퓨전트랙을 삭제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 긴급 제동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전방센서부는, 레이더(radar), 라이더(lidar) 및 카메라 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 긴급 제동장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노면상태는, 노면 기울기와 노면 평편도 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 긴급 제동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주행환경은, 날씨상태와 차량 중량 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 긴급 제동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보상조건 감지부는,
상기 차량의 전방과 후방의 차고를 감지하는 차고변위 센서부;
상기 차량의 각 축에 설치된 쇽압소버의 변위를 측정하는 쇽압소버 변위측정센서;
상기 차량의 와이퍼의 움직임과 강수상태 및 외기온도를 감지하는 날씨예측 센서부;
지도정보시스템으로부터 도로정보를 제공하는 지도시스템부; 및
상기 차량의 상태정보를 제공하는 차량자세 측정부; 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 긴급 제동장치.

- 제어부가 전방센서부와 보상조건 감지부를 통해 제어 목표타겟과 보상조건을 탐색하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 제어 목표타겟을 설정하고 감지한 물체정보에 기초하여 충돌위험을 판단하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 충돌위험을 판단하여 충돌위험이 있는 경우 목표제동력과 목표 제동시점을 연산하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 보상조건의 탐색 결과를 기반으로 제동명령을 보상하여 제동부에 출력하는 단계; 및
상기 제어부가 상기 제동명령에 따라 경고 작동부를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 제동부는, 제동시스템부를 통해 상기 제동명령에 따라 브레이크를 작동시켜 제동력을 발생시키고, 엔진시스템부를 통해 상기 제동명령에 따라 엔진브레이크를 작동시키고 가속추진력을 제거하여 협조 제어하고,
상기 제어 목표타겟을 설정하고 감지한 상기 물체정보에 기초하여 충돌위험을 판단하는 단계는,
상기 제어부가 상기 전방센서부의 복수 센서에서 제공되는 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 설정수준 이상인지 판단하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 설정수준 이상인 경우 자동 긴급제동 제어를 위한 퓨전트랙을 생성하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 퓨전트랙을 생성한 후 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되는지 판단하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되지 않는 경우 단일 센서에 의한 신뢰도가 높은지 판단하여 설정시간 이내 상기 타겟정보가 회복되는지 판단하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되거나 설정시간 이내 상기 타겟정보가 회복되는 경우 상기 퓨전트랙에 의해 상기 제어 목표타겟을 설정하는 단계; 및
상기 제어부가 상기 타겟정보의 신뢰성이 유지되지 않고 단일 센서에 의한 신뢰도가 낮으며 설정시간 이내 상기 타겟정보가 회복되지 않은 경우 상기 퓨전트랙을 삭제하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 물체정보는, 상기 제어 목표타겟과의 상대거리, 속도, 가속도 및 물체 속성 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 경고 작동부를 작동시키는 단계는,
상기 제어부가 알람부를 통해 청각적인 경고음을 출력하고, 표시부를 통해 시각적인 경고표시를 출력하며, 능동형 시트벨트부를 통해 시트벨트를 당겨 촉각적으로 경고하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 긴급 제동장치의 제어방법.

- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 보상조건을 탐색하는 단계는, 상기 제어부가 노면 기울기, 노면 평편도, 날씨상태 및 차량 중량 중 어느 하나 이상을 탐색하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 긴급 제동장치의 제어방법.
