Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 기도 튜브와 적어도 하나의 기도 튜브의 일 단부에 마스크를 포함하는 내시경의 사용을 용이하게 하는 내시경 장치로서,
상기 마스크는 원위단과 근위단 및 후두 입구의 둘레에 씰(seal)을 형성하기 위해 환자의 후두 뒤에 공간을 형성할 수 있고 상기 공간에 맞도록 형성된 주변부를 갖으며,
상기 주변부는 상기 마스크의 빈 내부 공간 또는 루멘(lumen) 및 마스크의 빈 내부 공간 또는 루멘으로 열린 적어도 하나의 기도 튜브 구멍을 둘러싸며,
상기 주변부는 후두 챔버(laryngeal chamber) 측과 인두(pharyngeal) 측 사이를 분리시키며,
상기 장치는 마스크가 제자리에 있을 때 환자의 식도에 내시경이 통과하도록 하는 도관을 추가로 포함하며,
상기 도관은 환자의 식도 괄약근과 함께 작동하는 원위단을 포함하며,
상기 도관은 후두 측, 인두 측, 및 그에 대하여 우측과 좌측이 있고, 출구가 있으며 상기 출구에서 좌측과 우측 사이 폭은 상기 도관의 주 길이의 폭보다 좁고, 상기 출구에서, 좌측과 우측 사이의 거리는 후두 측과 인두 측 사이의 거리보다 더 크고,
상기 기도 튜브는 근위단에 커넥터를 포함하며,
상기 커넥터는 환자에 장치를 고정하기 위해 스트랩이 이동식으로 고정될 수 있는 탑재 바를 포함하는 하나 이상의 스트랩 탑재부를 포함하고,
상기 도관은 근위단에 내부 슬리브를 포함하고, 슬리브는 커넥터와 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출구에서 인두 측이 후두 측 근위에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 출구에 도관 벽의 폭이 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
폭 감소는 출구의 좌측 및 우측에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도관의 원위단은 상기 도관의 종축에 대해 30°의 각도인 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경 장치.

- 제9항에 있어서, 팔은 환자의 머리의 해부학적 구조에 부합하도록 구부러지고 말단으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도관은 근위단에 도관 내에 배치된 내부 슬리브를 포함하고, 슬리브는 커넥터와 일체로 형성되고 내시경이 슬리브를 통해 도관으로 통과하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경 장치.
