Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 주물사, 세탁물, 셀룰로오스 재료 또는 벌크 재료 중 적어도 하나의 물품을 건조하기 위한 건조 기계(110)에 있어서,
상기 건조 기계는,
드럼(111);
상기 드럼의 배면 중심에 연결되는 리드 스루(143);
상기 드럼(111)으로부터 공급되는 증발물을 압축하는 압축기(142);
상기 드럼과 상기 압축기를 연결하는 배관;
상기 압축기에서 압축된 증발물을 가열하는 스팀 히터(141); 및
상기 스팀 히터와 상기 드럼을 연결하여, 상기 스팀 히터에 의하여 가열된 증발물을 상기 드럼 내부로 공급하는 배관;을 포함하고,
상기 드럼(111)은,
상기 적어도 하나의 물품을 수용하기 위한 내부 공간(121)을 가지는 건조 용기(120)와,
상기 건조 용기를 감싸고, 상기 건조 용기와 한 몸으로 회전하는 응축 챔버(130)를 포함하고,
상기 건조 용기의 외주면과 상기 응축 챔버의 내주면 사이에 응축을 위한 공간(131)이 형성되며,
상기 건조 용기의 후면 중심에는, 상기 적어도 하나의 물품으로부터 증발한 증발물의 배출을 위한 출구(112)가 형성되고,
상기 출구를 통해 배출되는 상기 증발물은 상기 압축기로 흡입되며,
상기 압축기에서 압축된 상기 증발물은 상기 스팀 히터에 의하여 가열된 후 상기 응축을 위한 공간(131)으로 공급되고,
상기 적어도 하나의 물품으로부터 증발한 상기 증발물이 상기 건조 용기(120)의 벽을 통하여 상기 응축을 위한 공간(131)으로 직접 이동하지 못하도록, 상기 건조 용기는 상기 응축 챔버로부터 구조적으로 분리되며,
상기 스팀 히터에 의하여 가열된 후 상기 응축을 위한 공간(131)으로 공급된 증발물은, 상기 건조 용기의 벽을 통하여 상기 적어도 하나의 물품으로 열만 방출하여 응축물이 되고,
상기 응축물은 상기 드럼(111)에 형성된 응축물 드레인(132)을 통하여 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 기계.

상기 응축물은 상기 드럼(111)에 형성된 응축물 드레인(132)을 통하여 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
