Abstract
본 발명에 따른 방법은, 루테늄과 코발트를 포함하는 염산 침출액으로부터, 유기용매 추출법을 사용하여 루테늄과 코발트를 회수하는 방법으로, (a) 트리옥틸메틸암모늄 클로라이드(Trioctylmethylammonium chloride) 및 트리-엔-옥틸아민(tri-n-octylamine) 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 추출제를 사용하고, 상기 염산 침출액의 HCl 농도를 1M ~ 5M 또는 9M 이상으로 하여, 상기 염산 침출액으로부터 루테늄 또는 코발트를 선택적으로 추출하는 단계와, (b) 상기 선택적으로 추출된 루테늄 또는 코발트를 염산 용액을 사용하여 탈거하는 단계를 포함한다.
Description
도 2는 3M HCl 용액에서, Co(II)의 분리에 대한 Ru(III) 농도의 영향(([추출 제]=0.1M 및 [Co(II)]=100 mg/L)을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 3M HCl 용액에서, log[Aliquat 336] vs. Ru(III) 및 Co(II)의 logD의 플롯([Co(II)]=100 mg/L, [Ru(III)]=10 mg/L)이다.
도 4는 로딩된 Aliquat 336에서 Ru(III)을 탈거할 때 HCl 농도의 영향을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (8)
- 루테늄과 코발트를 포함하는 염산 침출액으로부터, 유기용매 추출법을 사용하여 루테늄과 코발트를 회수하는 방법으로,
(a) 상기 염산 침출액의 HCl 농도를 1M ~ 5M로 조절하고, 트리옥틸메틸암모늄 클로라이드(Trioctylmethylammonium chloride) 및 트리-엔-옥틸아민(tri-n-octylamine) 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 추출제를 사용하여, 상기 루테늄과 코발트를 포함하는 염산 침출액으로부터 루테늄을 선택적으로 추출하는 단계와,
(b) 상기 선택적으로 추출된 루테늄을 염산 용액을 사용하여 탈거하는 단계를 포함하는, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서, 상기 추출제는 트리옥틸메틸암모늄 클로라이드(Trioctylmethylammonium chloride) 만을 포함하고, 상기 염산 침출액의 HCl 농도는 1M ~ 4M인, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서, 상기 추출제는 트리-엔-옥틸아민(tri-n-octylamine) 만을 포함하고, 상기 염산 침출액의 HCl 농도는 2M ~ 5M인, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서, 상기 염산 용액의 농도는 0.05M ~ 0.5M인, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 추출제는 Aliquat 336인, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 추출제는 Alamine 300인, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계를 수행하기 전에 상기 추출제에 TBP(tributyl phosphaet)가 첨가되는, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 Aliquat 336의 농도는 0.05M ~ 0.3M인, 스크랩으로부터 루테늄과 코발트의 회수 방법.
