Claims (16)
- - 임의로 하나 이상의 패시베이션 층으로 코팅된 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 제조된 기재, 및
- 알루미늄-도핑된 산화철 층
을 포함하고,
여기서, 임의의 하나 이상의 패시베이션 층이 Ti 산화물, V 산화물, Cr 산화물, Mn 산화물, Co 산화물, Ni 산화물, Cu 산화물, Zn 산화물, Al 산화물, Zr 산화물, Nb 산화물, Mo 산화물, Ta 산화물, W 산화물, Ge 산화물, Si 산화물, Sn 산화물 및 Bi 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상으로부터 만들어진 것인
착색된 효과 안료. - 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄-도핑된 산화철 층이 알루미늄-도핑된 산화철 층 중의 Fe 및 Al 원자의 총량을 기준으로 10 중량% 이하의 Al을 함유하는 것인 착색된 효과 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, Al-도핑된 산화철 층의 기재-근접 부분에서의 Al 농도가 Al-도핑된 산화철 층의 기재-원위 부분에서의 Al 농도보다 높은 것인 착색된 효과 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄-도핑된 산화철 층 상에 하나 이상의 부가적인 코팅 층을 포함하며, 여기서 하나 이상의 부가적인 코팅 층은 무기 산화물 층, 유기실란 층, 중합체 층, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합 또는 혼합물로부터 선택된 것인 착색된 효과 안료.
- 제1항에 따른 착색된 효과 안료를 포함하는 조성물.
- (a) 임의로 하나 이상의 패시베이션 층으로 코팅된 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 제조된 기재를 제공하고,
여기서 임의의 하나 이상의 패시베이션 층이 Ti 산화물, V 산화물, Cr 산화물, Mn 산화물, Co 산화물, Ni 산화물, Cu 산화물, Zn 산화물, Al 산화물, Zr 산화물, Nb 산화물, Mo 산화물, Ta 산화물, W 산화물, Ge 산화물, Si 산화물, Sn 산화물 및 Bi 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상으로부터 만들어진 것이고,
(b) 기재를 액체 코팅 매질 중에서 알루미늄-도핑된 산화철 층으로 코팅하는 것을 포함하고,
여기서 액체 코팅 매질은 산화철 전구체 화합물 및 알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 것인,
착색된 효과 안료의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 알루미늄 염, 가수분해성 알루미늄 화합물, 알루미늄의 착화합물, 또는 이들의 조합 또는 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것이거나; 산화철 전구체 화합물이 철 염, 가수분해성 철 화합물, 철의 착화합물, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합 또는 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것이거나;
알루미늄 화합물이 알루미늄 염, 가수분해성 알루미늄 화합물, 알루미늄의 착화합물, 또는 이들의 조합 또는 혼합물로부터 선택되고, 산화철 전구체 화합물이 철 염, 가수분해성 철 화합물, 철의 착화합물, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합 또는 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물을 적어도 부분적으로 액체 코팅 매질 중에 용해시킨 후, 액체 코팅 매질의 pH 및/또는 온도를 산화철 형성 조건으로 조정하고, 이어서 산화철 전구체 화합물을 첨가하거나; 또는 액체 코팅 매질의 pH 및/또는 온도를 산화철 형성 조건으로 조정한 후, 알루미늄 화합물 및 산화철 전구체 화합물을 동시에 첨가하거나 또는 알루미늄 화합물을 먼저 첨가하고 후속적으로 산화철 전구체 화합물을 첨가하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, Al-도핑된 산화철 층을 5 이하의 pH에서 기재 상에 형성하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 기재 상에 형성된 알루미늄-도핑된 산화철 층이 제1 착색된 효과 안료 CEP1의 히드록실-함유 알루미늄-도핑된 산화철 층이고; 여기서 방법은
(c) 제1 착색된 효과 안료 CEP1을 하나 이상의 고비점 유기 액체를 포함하는 액체 후처리 매질 중에 제공하고,
(d) 액체 후처리 매질을 90℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하여 제1 착색된 효과 안료 CEP1을 제2 착색된 효과 안료 CEP2로 전환시키는 것
을 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 액체 코팅 매질을 부분적으로 제거함으로써, 제1 착색된 효과 안료 CEP1을 습윤 물질로서 얻고, 습윤 CEP1을 액체 후처리 매질 중에 현탁시킴으로써, 제1 착색된 효과 안료 CEP1을 액체 후처리 매질 중에 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 하나 이상의 고비점 유기 액체를 이미 함유하는 액체 코팅 매질을 사용하거나, 또는 제1 착색된 효과 안료 CEP1의 형성 동안에 또는 그 후에 하나 이상의 고비점 유기 액체를 액체 코팅 조성물에 첨가하고, 후속적으로 열 처리에 의해 고비점 유기 액체의 상대적 양을 증가시키거나 또는 최대화함으로써, 제1 착색된 효과 안료 CEP1을 액체 후처리 매질 중에 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 고비점 유기 액체가 90℃ 이상의 비점을 가지거나, 알콜, 글리콜 에테르, 폴리글리콜 에테르, 알데히드, 에스테르, 카르보네이트 에스테르, 유기 산, 유기 산 아미드, 락탐, 케톤, 에테르, 알칸, 할라이드-치환된 알칸, 알켄, 알킨, 방향족 화합물, 액체 중합체 또는 미네랄 오일, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 기재의 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금에 습식-화학적 산화 처리를 실시하지 않는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 착색된 효과 안료가 제1항의 착색된 효과 안료에 상응하는 것인 방법.
