Claims (15)
- 에스테르계 엘라스토머를 기재 수지로 하는 발포 입자의 융착체로 구성된 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체로서,
상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머가 하드 세그먼트와 소프트 세그먼트를 포함하고, 상기 하드 세그먼트가 디카르복실산 성분과 디카르복실산 성분 및 디올 성분으로 구성되고, 상기 소프트 세그먼트가 지방족 폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리에스테르이고,
상기 디카르복실산 성분이 테레프탈산 성분과 그 이외의 디카르복실산 성분이며, 또한 상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머의 총 질량에 대해, 상기 테레프탈산 성분 이외의 디카르복실산 성분을 5∼30질량%의 비율로 포함하는 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머의 결정화 열량이 0∼30mJ/㎎인 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머가, 당해 에스테르계 엘라스토머의 총 질량에 대해, 상기 하드 세그먼트를 30∼80질량%의 비율로 포함하는 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 테레프탈산 성분 이외의 디카르복실산 성분이 이소프탈산 성분인 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 융착체 중의 발포 입자의 중심부의 평균 기포 직경이 10∼200㎛, 표층부의 평균 기포 직경이 50∼300㎛인 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체가 0.02∼0.4g/㎤의 밀도 및 50∼100%의 반발 탄성률을 나타내는 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체가 인솔, 미드솔 및 아웃솔 중 어느 하나에 사용되는 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 성형체. - 제 9 항의 발포 성형체로 구성된 미드솔.
- 제 10 항의 미드솔을 사용한 솔.
- 에스테르계 엘라스토머를 기재 수지로 하고, 발포 입자의 융착체로 구성된 발포 성형체를 부여할 수 있는 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 입자로서,
상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머가 하드 세그먼트와 소프트 세그먼트를 포함하고, 상기 하드 세그먼트가 디카르복실산 성분과 디카르복실산 성분 및 디올 성분으로 구성되고, 상기 소프트 세그먼트가 지방족 폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리에스테르이고,
상기 디카르복실산 성분이 테레프탈산 성분과 그 이외의 디카르복실산 성분이며, 또한 상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머의 총 질량에 대해, 상기 테레프탈산 성분 이외의 디카르복실산 성분을 5∼30질량%의 비율로 포함하는 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 입자. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 입자가, 하기 요건 (ⅱ)∼(ⅴ):
(ⅱ) 상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머의 결정화 열량이 0∼30mJ/㎎이다
(ⅲ) 상기 에스테르계 엘라스토머가, 당해 에스테르계 엘라스토머의 총 질량에 대해, 상기 하드 세그먼트를 30∼80질량%의 비율로 포함한다
(ⅳ) 상기 융착체 중의 발포 입자의 중심부의 평균 기포 직경이 10∼200㎛, 표층부의 평균 기포 직경이 50∼300㎛인 발포 성형체를 부여할 수 있다, 그리고
(ⅴ) 0.02∼0.4g/㎤의 밀도 및 50∼100%의 반발 탄성률을 나타내는 발포 성형체를 부여할 수 있다
중 어느 하나를 적어도 구비하는 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 입자. - 삭제
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 테레프탈산 성분 이외의 디카르복실산 성분이 이소프탈산 성분인 에스테르계 엘라스토머 발포 입자.
