Claims (5)
- a) NH4-Y 제올라이트에 가열된 수증기를 접촉하는 고온 수증기 처리 공정(100)
b) 상기 수증기 처리된 제올라이트에 25℃ 이상 50℃ 이하 조건에서 산처리하여 탈알루미늄을 수행하되 초음파를 이용한 소니케이션이 적용되는 소니케이션 산처리 공정(200)
c) 소니케이션 산처리가 수행된 이후 여과 및 세척되는 공정(300)
d) 상기 세척된 제올라이트에 대해 건조공정(400)을 포함하는 소수성 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소니케이션 산처리 공정은,
소니케이션 산처리를 1시간 이상 7시간 이하로 수행하는 소수성 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소니케이션 산처리 공정은,
소수성 제올라이트의 산농도는 0.1 M 이상 1.0 M 이하인 소수성 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소니케이션 산처리 공정은,
소니케이션 산처리가 0.5 M의 산농도에서 25℃ 의 온도 및 5시간 조건에서 수행되는 소수성 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 VOCs 흡착제로서,
상대습도 80% 이하에서 BTEX를 함유한 VOCs를 제거하는 소수성 제올라이트 흡착제.
