Claims (15)
- 폴더블 디스플레이(Foldable Display)의 패널부의 후면에 부착되는 배면 시트로서,
인바(Invar)층과 그라파이트층의 적층체를 포함하고,
제1 인바층의 제1 영역 상에 그라파이트층이 형성되고, 제1 인바층의 제2 영역 상에 제2 인바층이 형성되는, 배면 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 영역은 방열 영역으로 사용되고, 제2 영역은 폴딩 영역으로 사용되는, 배면 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 인바층과 제2 인바층은 일체인, 배면 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
그라파이트층과 제2 인바층의 단차는 10㎛ 이하인, 배면 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 인바층과 그라파이트층 사이에 열전도형 접착층이 개재되는, 배면 시트. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
제2 영역은 반경이 1mm 내지 5mm를 가지도록 폴딩될 수 있는, 배면 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
입사된 광의 반사를 방지하고, EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference)를 차폐하는, 배면 시트. - 폴더블 디스플레이(Foldable Display)의 패널부의 후면에 부착되는 배면 시트의 제조방법으로서,
(a) 기판을 준비하는 단계;
(b) 기판 상에 제1 인바층을 전주 도금(electroforming)하는 단계;
(c) 제1 인바층의 제1 영역 상에 그라파이트층을 형성하는 단계;
(d) 제1 인바층의 제2 영역 상에 제2 인바층을 전주 도금하는 단계; 및
(e) 기판을 분리하는 단계
를 포함하는, 배면 시트의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
기판은 단결정 실리콘인, 배면 시트의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
(c) 단계에서, 제1 인바층과 그라파이트층 사이에 열전도형 접착층을 개재하는, 배면 시트의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
(c) 단계와 (d) 단계 사이에, 그라파이트층 상에 절연성의 보호필름을 더 형성하는, 배면 시트의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
(d) 단계에서, 그라파이트층과 제2 인바층의 단차는 10㎛ 이하가 되도록 전주 도금하는, 배면 시트의 제조방법. - 표시 화면이 나타나는 패널부 및 패널부의 후면에 부착되는 배면 시트를 포함하는 폴더블 디스플레이(Foldable Display)로서,
배면 시트는,
인바(Invar)층과 그라파이트층의 적층체를 포함하고,
제1 인바층의 제1 영역 상에 그라파이트층이 형성되고, 제1 인바층의 제2 영역 상에 제2 인바층이 형성되는, 폴더블 디스플레이. - 제14항에 있어서,
패널부는 OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) 표시 장치인, 폴더블 디스플레이.
