Claims (11)
- 몰드부 및 상기 몰드부의 일면 상에 배치된 커버부를 가지고, 금속 자성 분말을 포함하는 바디;
상기 몰드부의 일면과 상기 커버부 사이에 배치되어 상기 바디 내에 매설되고, 복수의 턴(turn) 각각의 표면을 둘러싼 피복층을 포함하는 권선코일; 및
상기 몰드부의 일면과 상기 커버부 사이, 및 상기 권선코일의 표면 중 적어도 일부와 상기 커버부 사이에 배치되는 제1 보호막; 을 포함하고,
상기 몰드부의 일면은, 상기 권선코일이 배치된 제1 영역과, 상기 제1 영역 외측의 제2 영역을 포함하고,
상기 제1 보호막은, 상기 몰드부 일면의 제2 영역, 상기 권선코일의 외측면 및 상기 권선코일의 상면을 따라 배치되고, 상기 몰드부의 일면과 연결된 상기 몰드부의 측면 상으로 연장 배치되는,
코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 보호막은 알루미나(Al2O3) 및 실리카(SiO2) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는,

상기 제1 보호막은 상기 바디의 측면으로 노출되고,

상기 제2 보호막은 알루미나(Al2O3) 및 실리카(SiO2) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 권선코일의 제1 및 제2 인출부는, 상기 몰드부의 일면과 마주하는 상기 몰드부의 타면에 서로 이격되게 노출되고,
상기 몰드부의 타면에는 상기 권선코일의 제1 및 제2 인출부에 대응되는 홈부가 형성된, 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 몰드부의 타면에 서로 이격 배치되고, 상기 권선코일의 제1 및 제2 인출부와 각각 연결되는 제1 및 제2 외부전극; 및
상기 바디의 표면을 둘러싸고, 상기 제1 및 제2 외부전극을 노출하는 오프닝이 형성된 절연층; 을 더 포함하는,
코일 부품.
- 몰드부;
상기 몰드부의 일면 상에 배치되고, 금속 자성 분말을 포함하는 커버부;
상기 몰드부의 일면과 상기 커버부 사이에 배치되고, 복수의 턴(turn) 각각의 표면을 둘러싼 피복층을 포함하는 권선코일; 및
상기 몰드부 및 상기 권선코일 각각과 상기 커버부 사이에 배치되는 제1 보호막; 을 포함하고,
상기 몰드부의 일면은, 상기 권선코일이 배치된 제1 영역과, 상기 제1 영역 외측의 제2 영역을 포함하고,
상기 제1 보호막은, 상기 몰드부 일면의 제2 영역, 상기 권선코일의 외측면 및 상기 권선코일의 상면을 따라 배치되고, 상기 몰드부의 일면과 연결된 상기 몰드부의 측면 상으로 연장 배치되는,
