Claims (25)
- 용기와, 상기 용기에 수용된 약액을 갖는 약액 수용체로서,
상기 약액은, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속 성분을 함유하고,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량이, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이며,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량의 합계가, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이고,
상기 용기의 접액부의 적어도 일부가, 나트륨 원자를 함유하는 유리로 이루어지며,
상기 접액부의 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 10nm의 위치와의 사이를 표면 영역으로 하고,
상기 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 2.0μm의 위치와의 사이를 벌크 영역으로 하며,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 접액부의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 B에 대한,
상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 A의 함유 질량비 A/B가, 0.10을 초과하고 1.0 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속 성분이 금속 입자를 함유하는, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 함유 질량비 A/B가 0.10을 초과하고 0.80 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 함유량 B가, 1.0~20질량%인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 함유량 B가, 1.0~10질량%인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 표면의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 SiO2의 함유량 D에 대한,
상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 SiO2의 함유량 C의 함유 질량비 C/D가, 1.00을 초과하고 1.45 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 함유 질량비 C/D가 1.00을 초과하고 1.30 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 함유량 D가 68.0~80.0질량%인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 유리가, 칼슘 원자 및 칼륨 원자 중 적어도 한쪽을 더 함유하는, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 유리가, 칼슘 원자를 더 함유하고,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 표면의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 칼슘 원자의 함유량 F에 대한, 상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 칼슘 원자의 함유량 E의 함유 질량비 E/F가, 0.10을 초과하고 0.90 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 함유 질량비 E/F가 0.10을 초과하고 0.70 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 함유량 F가 0.10~15질량%인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 함유량 F가 0.10~10질량%인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 유리가, 붕소 원자를 더 함유하고,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 표면의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 붕소 원자의 함유량 H에 대한, 상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 붕소 원자의 함유량 G의 함유 질량비 G/H가, 0.10을 초과하고 0.90 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 용기와, 상기 용기에 수용된 약액을 갖는 약액 수용체로서,
상기 약액은, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속 성분을 함유하고,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량이, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이며,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량의 합계가, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이고,
상기 용기의 접액부의 적어도 일부가, 나트륨 원자를 함유하는 유리로 이루어지며,
상기 접액부의 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 10nm의 위치와의 사이를 표면 영역으로 하고,
상기 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 2.0μm의 위치와의 사이를 벌크 영역으로 하며,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 접액부의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 B에 대한,
상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 A의 함유 질량비 A/B가, 0.10을 초과하고 1.0 미만이고,
이하식으로부터 계산되는 공극률이 5~40체적%이고,
상기 용기의 공극부에 있어서, 입경 0.05μm 이상의 입자수가 1~1000개/m3인, 약액 수용체.
식: 공극률={1-(용기 내의 약액의 체적/용기의 용기 체적)}×100 - 용기와, 상기 용기에 수용된 약액을 갖는 약액 수용체로서,
상기 약액은, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속 성분을 함유하고,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량이, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이며,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량의 합계가, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이고,
상기 용기의 접액부의 적어도 일부가, 나트륨 원자를 함유하는 유리로 이루어지며,
상기 접액부의 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 10nm의 위치와의 사이를 표면 영역으로 하고,
상기 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 2.0μm의 위치와의 사이를 벌크 영역으로 하며,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 접액부의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 B에 대한,
상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 A의 함유 질량비 A/B가, 0.10을 초과하고 1.0 미만이고,
상기 약액 중에 있어서, 입경 0.05μm 이상의 입자수가 5~500개/ml인, 약액 수용체. - 용기와, 상기 용기에 수용된 약액을 갖는 약액 수용체로서,
상기 약액은, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속 성분을 함유하고,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량이, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이며,
상기 약액이, Fe, Al, Cr, 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 상기 금속 성분을 함유하는 경우, 상기 금속 성분의 함유량의 합계가, 상기 약액의 전체 질량에 대하여 100질량ppt 이하이고,
상기 용기의 접액부의 적어도 일부가, 나트륨 원자를 함유하는 유리로 이루어지며,
상기 접액부의 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 10nm의 위치와의 사이를 표면 영역으로 하고,
상기 표면과, 상기 표면을 기준으로 하여 상기 용기의 두께 방향으로 2.0μm의 위치와의 사이를 벌크 영역으로 하며,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 접액부의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 B에 대한,
상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 나트륨 원자의 함유량 A의 함유 질량비 A/B가, 0.10을 초과하고 1.0 미만이고,
상기 용기의 공극부에 있어서, 유기 인 화합물의 농도가 0.01~100체적ppb인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 금속 성분이 금속 입자를 함유하고, 상기 금속 입자의 함유량이 0.005~45질량ppt인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 약액이 유기 용제를 98.0질량% 이상 함유하는, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 15 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 성분이 금속 입자를 함유하는, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 15 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 성분이 금속 입자를 함유하고, 상기 금속 입자의 함유량이 0.005~45질량ppt인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 15 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 약액이 유기 용제를 98.0질량% 이상 함유하는, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 15 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유리가, 칼슘 원자를 더 함유하고,
상기 표면 영역 및 상기 벌크 영역을 X선광 전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때에,
상기 표면의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 벌크 영역에 있어서의, 상기 벌크 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 칼슘 원자의 함유량 F에 대한, 상기 표면 영역에 있어서의, 상기 표면 영역의 전체 질량에 대한 칼슘 원자의 함유량 E의 함유 질량비 E/F가, 0.10을 초과하고 0.90 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 23에 있어서,
상기 함유 질량비 E/F가 0.10을 초과하고 0.70 미만인, 약액 수용체. - 청구항 15 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
