Abstract
Description
도 2 는 도 1 에 도시된 플랜트 구성품들 이외에 수소를 생성하기 위한 플랜트를 구비하는 플랜트 컴플렉스의 매우 간략화한 블록선도를 개략적으로 도시한다.
Claims (12)
- 강 제조용 플랜트 컴플렉스로서,
선철을 생성하기 위한 고로 (1),
조강을 생성하기 위한 전로 강 워크들 (2), 및
선철의 생성시 및/또는 조강의 생성시 발생하는 가스들을 위한 가스 통류 (conducting) 시스템을 포함하고,
상기 플랜트 컴플렉스는 상기 가스 통류 시스템에 연결된 화학 플랜트 (12) 또는 생화학 프로세스용 생명공학 플랜트 또한 상기 플랜트 컴플렉스의 전기 요구의 적어도 일부를 커버하기 위한 에너지 저장부 (25) 를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 플랜트 컴플렉스는 물의 전기분해를 위한 전기분해 플랜트 (21) 를 추가로 가지고, 상기 전기분해 플랜트 (21) 는 수소 라인 (22) 에 의해 상기 화학 플랜트 (12) 에 연결되고, 상기 전기분해 플랜트 (21) 에 전기를 공급하기 위한 목적으로, 상기 에너지 저장부 (25) 는 상기 전기분해 플랜트에 전기 연결되고,
상기 플랜트 컴플렉스는 전력 발생 플랜트 (3) 를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 전력 발생 플랜트는 가스 터빈 전력 발생 플랜트 또는 가스 터빈 및 증기 터빈 전력 발생 플랜트로서 구성되고 그리고 상기 고로 (1) 에서 선철의 생성시 발생하는 고로 상부 가스의 부분량 및/또는 전로 강 워크들 (2) 에서 발생하는 전로 가스의 부분량을 적어도 포함하는 가스로 작동되며, 상기 가스 통류 시스템은 상기 전력 발생 플랜트 (3) 및 상기 화학 플랜트 (12) 에 공급되는 가스 스트림들을 분할하기 위한 전환가능한 (switchable) 가스 전환기 (13) 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강 제조용 플랜트 컴플렉스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에너지 저장부 (25) 는 화학 또는 전기화학 저장부로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강 제조용 플랜트 컴플렉스. - 삭제
- 선철 생성용 고로 (1), 전로 강 워크들 (2), 화학 플랜트 (12) 또는 생화학 프로세스용 생명공학 플랜트 또한 플랜트 컴플렉스의 전기 요구의 적어도 일부를 커버하기 위한 에너지 저장부 (25) 를 적어도 하나 포함하는 강 제조용 플랜트 컴플렉스를 작동하는 방법으로서,
a) 적어도 상기 고로 (1) 에서 선철의 생성시 발생하는 고로 상부 가스 (7) 의 부분량 및/또는 조강의 생성시 발생하는 전로 가스 (9) 의 부분량은 가스 조절 작동 이후에 화학 생성물들을 생성하기 위한 유용한 가스로서 사용되거나 가스 조절 작동 이후에 상기 생명공학 플랜트에 공급되며 생화학 프로세스들용으로 사용되고,
b) 상기 에너지 저장부 (25) 에는 재생가능한 에너지로부터 적어도 부분적으로 생성된 전기 (26) 가 공급되고, 저장된 에너지는 추후에 상기 플랜트 컴플렉스의 전기 부하들로 다시 방출되고,
상기 유용한 가스는 수소로 농후화되고, 상기 수소는 물의 전기분해에 의해 전기분해 플랜트 (21) 에서 생성되며, 그리고 물의 전기분해에 필요한 전기 에너지의 적어도 일부는 상기 에너지 저장부 (25) 로부터 획득되고,
상기 에너지 저장부 (25) 는 전력 발생 플랜트 (3) 와의 전기 네트워크로 작동되고, 상기 전력 발생 플랜트는 가스 터빈 전기 발생 플랜트 또는 가스 터빈 및 증기 터빈 전력 발생 플랜트로서 구성되고 그리고 전기 생성을 목적으로 고로 상부 가스, 전로 가스 또는 코크스 오븐 가스 또는 이러한 가스 성분들 중 적어도 2 종으로 형성된 혼합 가스로 작동되며, 상기 전력 발생 플랜트 (3) 및 상기 화학 플랜트 (12) 또는 생화학 프로세스용 생명공학 플랜트는 가스의 공급부에 대하여 평행하게 배열되고, 상기 전력 발생 플랜트 (3) 및 상기 화학 플랜트 (12) 에 공급된 가스 스트림들은 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 플랜트 컴플렉스를 작동하는 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 물의 전기분해 (21) 에서 발생하는 산소는 선철을 생성하기 위한 상기 고로 (1) 에 사용되고 그리고/또는 조강을 생성하거나 조강을 처리하기 위한 상기 전로 강 워크들 (2) 에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 플랜트 컴플렉스를 작동하는 방법. - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
선철의 생성시 고로 상부 가스 (7) 로서 그리고 상기 전로 강 워크들 (2) 에서 전로 가스 (9) 로서 발생하는 가스의 양의 5% ~ 60% 는 화학 플랜트 (12) 에 공급되고 그리고 가치있는 화학 물질들을 생성하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 플랜트 컴플렉스를 작동하는 방법. - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
코크스 오븐 가스는 상기 유용한 가스와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 플랜트 컴플렉스를 작동하는 방법. - 삭제
