도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 헤드램프를 개략적으로 도시한 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 헤드램프에서 광초점이 형성되는 일 예를 도시한 구성도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 헤드램프에서 광초점이 일렬로 배열되는 다른 예를 도시한 구성도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 헤드램프에서 광의 광축을 도시한 구성도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 헤드램프에서 광의 배광패턴이 확대된 상태를 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 광을 전방으로 조사하는 광원부;
상기 광원부에서 조사되는 광이 복수의 광초점을 형성하도록 출사되는 옵틱부;
복수의 상기 광초점 상에 컷오프라인을 형성하도록 배치되는 쉴드부;
상기 쉴드부의 출사측에 배치되고, 복수의 제1 렌즈부가 배열되는 제1 렌즈 어레이부; 및
상기 제1 렌즈 어레이부의 출사측에 배치되고, 복수의 제2 렌즈부가 배열되는 제2 렌즈 어레이부를 포함하고,
상기 옵틱부, 상기 쉴드부, 상기 제1 렌즈 어레이부 및 상기 제2 렌즈 어레이부는 상기 광원부의 전방에 순서대로 배열되고,
상기 옵틱부는, 상기 광원부에서 조사되는 광이 일평면에 대하여 평행하게 출사되게 하는 옵틱 바디; 및
복수의 상기 광초점이 일평면상에 모이도록 상기 옵틱 바디에서 출사되는 광의 광각도를 변경하는 옵틱 출사부를 포함하고,
상기 옵틱 출사부는 일부의 상기 광초점에 수렴되는 광의 광축을 20-30°로 편향되게 형성하고,
상기 옵틱 바디와 상기 옵틱 출사부에서 출사되는 광은, 상기 광축이 Z축에 평행한 수평광; 및 상기 광축이 상기 Z축에 경사진 복수의 편광을 포함하고,
상기 옵틱 출사부에서 출사되는 상기 복수의 편광 중 일부는 상기 옵틱 출사부 전방에 배치된 상기 제2 렌즈부의 이웃한 상기 제2 렌즈부 측으로 경사지게 출사되고,
상기 제1 렌즈부는 상기 쉴드부 측으로 볼록하고, 출사되는 광을 상기 광축을 중심으로 양측으로 확산시키고, 상기 제2렌즈부는 상기 쉴드부의 반대 측으로 볼록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.

상기 옵틱 출사부는 상기 옵틱 바디에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.

상기 옵틱 출사부는 복수의 상기 광초점을 상기 일평면의 일직선상에 위치시키도록 광각도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 옵틱 출사부는 상기 제1 렌즈부와 상기 제2 렌즈부에서 출사되는 광의 확산각을 조절하도록 복수의 상기 광초점의 초점거리를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 렌즈부와 상기 제2 렌즈부는 렌즈세트를 이루도록 하나씩 일대일 대응되고,
상기 렌즈세트마다 광채널이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
일부의 상기 광초점에 수렴되는 광은 상기 렌즈세트를 투과하여 이웃한 상기 광채널로 확산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 옵틱 출사부는 2개 이상의 상기 제1 렌즈부마다 1개씩 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 쉴드부의 표면에는 상기 컷오프라인을 형성하도록 쉴드층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프.
